Very nice room and great view of the village from the room , I think this room type on the 5th floor (highest floor here, No. 501) is the best room and view of this hotel. Amenities is good. Toilet is smart toilet, we get the welcome fresh fruit in the room, staff is so friendly and helpful to travel in this village , we are so impress to stay here , only 1 thing is the weak point for us is breakfast is too basic (noodle and porridge) but overall is good and next time I need to back to stay here more To reach to this village, you should go to the north gate and take the bus after buying tickets to the village, then walk to the bridge No. 6 about 200 m. Then the staff of the hotel will help you to carry luggages to the your room but on check out date, he will bring your luggages to the bus station directly ^^

Amazing place with great room and view! Highly recommend! I spent a lot of time choosing the best place over the village but very happy we picked this one. We visited more expensive hotels for drinks but honestly the view, vibe , staff and room itself were the best here. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay in the hotel. The view was breathtaking. The woman at the front desk was really friendly and the Chef made a very delicious meal for us. Everything was clean and the luggage service was great too! Highly recommendation.

What a beautiful place! Stunning view over the whole village! Thanks also to the amazing guy who carried our bags all the way up and down the steps to the hotel! Would highly recommend this place!

Great service, the staff came to pick us up at the bus station and carried our luggage to the hotel. The climbing is a bit challenging for seniors but you are rewarded by the excellent view of the village. The night view is spectacular. Two hotel staff Yang and Shi make you feel very welcoming. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It’s a well maintained property. Location is great near the bridge #6 and the museum, performance, restaurants, shops. When you leave, the staff also carry your luggage and send you off at the bus station. If you visit the Maoi Village and don’t mind walk up about 10 min., I highly recommend this nice place to stay and relax.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The view from the hotel is fabulous. The room is clean . The cook for breakfast is very accommodating, and prerepared breakfast for our early departure outside the breakfast hours.

設施:齊全。備品都是全新未開封的，毛巾也是一次性的，吹風機戴森、馬桶智能，衞生沒毛病。 環境:屬於西江民宿裏比較好的一檔。視野很好! 服務:我們7個人7個箱子，景區裏不能用車，老闆安排人來給我們抬行李，不僅是入住當天，退房也幫忙送到景區門口，真的很辛苦!兩個酒店的工作人員也很用心服務!點贊!

來自河南的顧客真實探店評價，一開始選擇這個店真的被照片吸引了，價格我感覺有點點小貴，但是當我到了苗寨，貴有貴的道理啊！！！！小哥直接到門口接了 不是那種幫你拉着箱子，是全程抬着 不讓你的箱子在地上！！！我去的時候還下雨，小哥也不打傘 超級感動🥹！！到了店裡（前台小妹好美，笑起來超級甜！很可愛很可愛！）我真是沒辦法用語言表達房間給我帶來的震撼 太美了，美到讓我原諒所有，苗寨感覺逛一圈地方不大 全是旅拍也不知道吃什麼 店裡有小飯店 廚師我又想誇了，太好吃了酸湯魚！！！！對對對還送了水果～把魚火鍋送進房間的小陽台看着風景，或者投影 ，吃完有人收盤子，還能泡澡，嗚嗚嗚😭這是什麼神仙生活！！！最後！！！因為怕踩雷選擇了店裡的拍照！實話實話比外面的貴點，但是！表揚粧發小姐姐！！！感覺比我結婚畫的都好看！超級贊 沒捨得卸粧都，攝影師情緒價值拉滿還給指導動作！體驗感很強！！！（不好意思出鏡我就不配圖了！絕對不踩雷！）我的體驗感實在是太好了！！！我會推薦給我所有的好朋友！！！祝老闆們發財！！！（酒店的洗漱用品都不錯！不夠可要！衞生很好隔音也不錯！吃的也好 住的省心～）

工作人員來接我們的，幫我們提行李非常貼心！入住時還送了歡迎水果，房間比較大，觀景確實是很不錯的選擇，衹是爬上來有點累，但也值得了哈哈哈！我們退房那天下大雨導致回來晚了，給酒店解釋了，也讓我們延遲退房。特別理解和體諒，服務不錯，環境算是苗寨裏最好的了，比較了很久選的這家，算是一次不錯的體驗！

衹能説四個字，無可挑剔！雖然剛入住空調可能被我亂摁發生點故障，但是店家很快就解決了。店裡的前台小姐姐長得非常可愛温柔，幫忙搬行李的小哥哥雖然很瘦但是很有力氣，長得很帥很能幹，而且也是特別温柔可愛。其實我本身對千户苗寨是不抱太大希望的，畢竟就是一個很商業化的景點。但是因為西江悦民宿的工作人員，讓我感受到了家的温暖。胖胖的廚師做飯超好吃，土豆燉雞強推，因為媽媽不喜歡吃魚，有點遺憾沒吃上酸湯魚，下次一定。大家來了一定要試試3樓廚房出品。早餐阿姨做的麪條也好好吃。整體環境很舒適，剛裝修很新，隔音挺好的不吵。除了早上聽到雞鳴，但是作為城市人我覺得雞鳴挺有意思的哈哈哈，不大礙事。床品很舒服，洗漱用品也很高級，能看出來很用心。民宿在半山腰，的確一開始要爬上來（爬10分鐘左右），真的挺累的，但是衹要安頓好，在酒店看外面的風景，真的非常非常值得。不過相對於其他山頂的民宿，這家酒店已經算爬的少了。這家酒店真的蠻火爆的，大家喜歡的話一定要提前預訂。總之感覺一切都很好，雖然衹住了一晚上。我是一個挺懶的人，不喜歡趕景點，所以待在酒店看看外面的風景，吃吃喝喝，躺一躺就很開心。酒店能點到麥當勞哦！！！酒店提供的歡迎水果也很好吃，特別是西瓜，祝西江悦越來越好！這個酒店真的很適合懶人，休閑的人。 衞生：很乾凈 環境：很清幽 服務：一級棒 設施：非常一流
