Best Hampton Inn and Suites we’ve stayed in. We stayed in room 447, king studio and had a view of the pool and lake, opposite side from the road. Only Hampton that had a bar and restaurant with a happy hour, plus the prices were reasonable, in fact less than I’ve seen at restaurants. Hotel appears fairly new and/ or well maintained. Our room and one phone charging pad which was a nice touch. My only concern was that our entry door didn’t fully latch, which we mentioned when we checked out. If we return to the area this will be where we stay.

We stayed for one night on route to our final destination. Spacious room with a huge bed, large bathroom and all the facilities you would expect in a decent hotel. W didn’t eat as we arrived late but we did have a drink in a bar/restaurant area which was very nice. Breakfast as a bit hit and miss. Plastic plates and cutlery is a huge no for me, but I think it’s quite common in the US. The omelette wasn’t nice, but the other bits were ok. There was enough on offer to be full up! The pool area was really lovely and we would happily stay again if we were ever back in the area.

Excellent experience here. Probably the nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed in. It's a new-ish building, in excellent condition, with an above average pool. Front desk was welcoming and there was frequently an employee present (manager?) who seemed to be interested in the comfort and quality of his guests' experience. Minor negative was that breakfast was pretty basic.. addition of more fruit (bananas!?!) would have been welcome. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Not only is this a beautiful hotel, but the service is outstanding! So much so that I emailed the corporate offices just to shout out Hunter, who gave exceptional service and was so genuine and friendly, as well as being professional and super helpful. This hotel is a lovely property that feels luxurious, with comfortable and spacious rooms (we had a first-floor suite that opened to the pool and could not have been happier with our room!) that were comfy and cozy without feeling like you were stuck in some liminal space you've seen a thousand times before. Good food, easy access to anything you might need and wonderful amenities made this a top-notch stay for us, and again, I can't thank the staff -- especially Hunter! -- enough for being so awesome. It's our official new home for our yearly one-week stay, thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience! Book this place if you're thinking about it, you won't be sorry!

The hotel appears to be new, clean and in great shape, nice pool and gym. Most importantly is Terry at the front desk, she was amazingly friendly and very personable, just the kind of person you want representing you. She is the front lines and is great representation of kindness. As she said it’s free and she enjoys passing it along.
