Staybridge Suites Naples - Marco Island

Service and food were outstanding! Lariana cooked us up some great food! The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything worked. I will definitely return. Nice business or entertainment rooms too. Pool area was fun with pretty foliage all around, a fire pit and comfy chairs with umbrellas.

Stayed one night while passing through but this was an amazing hotel! Very clean, modern, and comfortable! Good location to the beaches, and steps away from shops and dining. Pool was clean and many amenities were available there, including a bar and grills. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

The breackfest is realy good. The Employee Are alle very Kind and Friendly. The Pool area is nice and the Pool Water is always warm. You have Everything around on Shops that You Need. Also You have Restaurant around the Place wher You Can eat realy good Food.

Worst 4 star hotel ever stayed in, would only rate it 2, opened bedroom window to stare at alley way and an apartments washing, having shower curtain stuck to your back, no body lotion as seen on the hotel site, room was small and dark, opened safe and the barrel came out, had cup and kettle in room, no milk, no tissues, asked man on reception reply was we don't do tissues/body lotion/milk, then the kettle/cups in the hotel were taken away as permit not applied for. There was nothing to drink from so back to ask man for a plastic beaker. Was a pair of slippers but they soon disappeared. As for breakfast, you had to walk down the road to a cafe/bar for either only 1 croissant or 1 brioche, 1 cup of tea or 1 coffee, 1 slice ham/cheese and slice bread which we never saw. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10 then without notice it changed to 7.30 and we had a train booked so had to grab and run. DEFINITELY not staying there again and we both read the reviews of the hotel before we booked it with our travel company. On the upside we both agreed we could not do anything about it so just enjoy the vacation and the 3 men at reception were helpful with directions around Naples.

Lariana was the best she was so kind and sweet, the food was really good here, I’ll be happy to say I’d recommend this place for the food and great friendly service, I’m very happy . Thank you for the best experience on my first time here. 10 out of 10

Nice rooms clean,great breakfast crew ,front desk, cleaning and bartender staff. Also has dinner Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday along with Free laundry. Only minus was hotel was not allowing points to be used at location for some reason. A bummer when you have many points and are told you can use them any time at I HG. In 2024 it was ok to use points so we bought some more points because we liked the hotel. When IHG offered a special point sale we bought more points. We were disappointed they could not be redeemed on our trip after being a platinum member for many years.
