Blantyre has been closed for several years. It is supposed to undergo a massive redevelopment of the whole property, Hopefully the main house will remain the outstanding lodging experience that it was for decades however it it unlikely it will regain the Ann Brown touch. Stay tuned.

it was absolutely terrible. There was a family of rats living under the bed and the bathroom had not been cleaned since the person before me left their business in the toilet. The person also missed the toilet with half of it and it had not been cleaned. then when i asked staff about this the person behind reception he punched me in the face. Thanks a lot Adam for the black eye P.S the kids are terrified of me now because of your right hook
