Good service.

I was impressed by the lovingly prepared breakfast. The freshly fried vegetables, eggs in various preparations and the porridge were my highlight. It was a very pleasant stay. The facilities in the rooms are more than ok. I also liked the bathroom with the very spacious shower.

I felt at home and very well treated. The place itself is clean, has many amenities including a lot of green, a river and a beach volley field which I enjoyed a lot. Especially the breakfasts were very well presented. A vast choice, in general good quality of the food, kind personelle and good presentation. We could enjoy everyday a generous, tasty and healthy breakfast served in a buffet style. Will definitely miss it!

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Leoben in business. Hotel is situated a little further away from the city centre (15 minutes by foot) and there is not that much to see / do on the area. Lidl and some other shop in 5 minutes walking distance though. The hotel is more like a big dormitory with around 20? hotel rooms in the first floor. The building is quite a new one, with check-inn automate. Our stay was basically very ok but I wouldn't stay for many nights if your budget doesn't make you. Pros: Big enough rooms Good Wlan Very ok breakfast (be sure to add it to your booking) Price is cheap Quite good kitchen in some rooms Qons: Very colf floors in the rooms No aircondition or fresh air valves on the rooms - just suction on toilet and shower Lot of workers from many Eastern European countries smoking and drinking a lot of alcohol on the front of the hotel All the cookware has to be collected somewhere from the hotel - kitchen was totally empty.

Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Sauber. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Man ist zu Fuß in 10min in der Stadt. Problemloser Self-Check-in mit Schlüsselkasten und Code. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Einfach top

Das Hotelzimmer erwartete uns als Gäste mit abgewetzten und abgeschmuddelten Möbeln. Das unangenehmste war jedoch der ekelhafte Schweißgeruch der Bettmatratze und des Synthetik Bettzeugs. Auch die Dusche war in einem Zustand, dass ich auf das Duschen verzichtet habe.
