For shared use: property (fenced), garden with lawn. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Leopoldshagen, Kirche" 700 m, sandy beach "Mönkebude" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Insel Usedom 40 km, Hansestadt Greifswald 60 km. 3-room semi-detached house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2024, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and CD-player. There were various defects, which I also left in writing for the landlord. The toilet bowl was loose. With the electric heating, you have to pay extra for the electricity, you can't heat the rooms and if it had been colder we would have frozen. The handle

The reality was different. It was very run down, there was a smell of mold in the living room. The specified sleeping space under the roof was not available at all, this was at the end of the hallway without a door. It was extremely cold, it only got warm

The price-performance ratio is right. If you make compromises and always keep the price in mind, you can stay in the house well. It was clean. Unfortunately, the house is a bit old, stovetops are only 50% heated, either by an oven or electric heaters...
