Le Mas de Champel

We stayed here for 3 nights, this is the 3rd Flower Campings site we have stayed on and it did not live up to the expectations of the previous sites. If this had been my first experience of Flower Campings I would not have used the brand again. The welcome is less than friendly or informative and there is no access to drinking water apart from the sinks in the washing up areas!! There is no facility to dispose of grey water and the sanitary facilities need a good clean. There are sheets up in the shower area, signed, dated etc to say when cleaning has taken place, but I believe it to be a very minimal effort. It is quite smelly and not what you expect from a site with 4 stars! The over hanging trees on some of the pitches are far too low if you have a Motorhome, these need to be trimmed to allow for vehicles with height. The pool rules are very clearly displayed, however, they are not enforced at all and lighting on the driveway approach is non existent on a very narrow, steep and dark road. There is also no lighting around the pitches. When busy it is very cramped despite the good overall size of each pitch. I would not return or recommend.

Camping parfaitement situé sur la Dolce Via, super accueil, gentillesse et attentions du personnel ! 2 bémol : restaurant fermé et pas de mini table de chevet(!) Nous reviendrons sans faute !

Cest toujours difficile d'utiliser le mot " parfait" parce que cela n'existe pas .Mais pour le mas de Champel et son équipe on pourrait l'utiliser. acceuil,convivialité,service,environnement,prestation,proprete,naturel,etc..........................
