Imagine how horrible it is being told you need to leave the property that you’ve paid to stay at for no apparent reason. Just as the other review mentioned no one takes responsibility for their actions. They are liars, the staff cut my reservation short without notice. We had a reservation split up for 5 and 2 nights, on the 6th day - I received a call saying that we needed to get out of the room because it was reserved for someone else which was not true they made me pay for two additional nights. They took my money for two nights and lied about my the confirmation they said that they reserved me for one night when I clearly confirmed two nights. Either the staff members wanted to take my money for their own purpose or use my hotel room to sleep for themself- either way I hope no one else returns to this horrible establishment since they don’t care for their customers! Horrible customer service makes this property appear to be trashy. My comments were referring to the two men that work at the front reception area
