Requested late check-out, which was granted. Despite the late check-out, the cleaning staff knocked on the door and OPENED the door, even after being told we had a late check-out. TV did not work reliably, every few minutes signal was lost for almost a minute. Not a very restful getaway when the TV keeps disconnecting and house-keeping kept knocking, even after Francisco confirmed he was aware of the late check-out

Happy with the stay. Hotel is clean, both common areas and room. Check in staff was great. Location was convenient for our needs. Very good breakfast/lunch restaurant only minutes away (Starwood Cafe). Hotel has a small bar and restaurant, but we did not use them. Both looked clean and well kept. Other guests were obviously enjoying them. only complaint, the room HVAC kept cycling and the fan was a little loud. I'm a light sleeper, so it probably impacted me more so than the average person.

房間大，光線好，附近就有各種餐廳和超市如costco,bestbuy等，非常方便；酒店管理很好，有泳池。

酒店很好，大堂早上有開水，可以泡方便麪，房間很大很安靜，服務人員態度比較親切，有一種賓至如歸的感受。早餐簡單管飽。5分鐘步行距離有一家牛排館，15分鐘距離有中餐和韓餐館。沒有時間出去轉，不過看上去周邊環境還是不錯的。

酒店後面有湖，環境不錯，附近吃飯購物也都方便。停車場免費，位置也多。房間內設施比洛杉磯的少一些，不過重點是沒有噪音。

這個酒店非常不錯。唯一就是Wi-Fi不給力。可以找前台免費升級專用Wi-Fi。
