Homeless people Allowed to sleep In the lobby on couches. Asked the front desk individual and they said they were perfectly fine with it. Terrible. Honestly terrible. I have a family Of 5 and I had to eat breakfast like a hawk as to make sure he didn’t get violent. Will Never be staying at a Baymont again Why do we pay 100 plus Dollars a night to Sleep and stay in a place we don’t feel safe. It’s incredibly the worst business practice I’ve ever seen in all My Travels. Avoid this place if you have young kids

Not so well experience. Missing all the essentials, had to constantly go to the front desk for items that should have been provided. And the pool is right off the freeway. Literally all you hear is traffic. The front desk guy advised that he would inform the manager. Hopefully that's true for future guest to have a better experience.

Do not stay here. We began to see red flags at this place the minute we entered the parking lot. There were bums sitting outside the front entrance riding skateboards, watching my husband and I park our car and walk inside. When we entered the front desk was empty, when we finally were able to check in they claimed that our room had to be changed due to it being “sold out”. As we made our way to our room we noticed the horrible stains on the hallway carpet. We then noticed the piles of wooden boards sitting in the middle of the hallway and the carpet and walls ripped up looking like a construction site rather than a walkway. We entered our room to no air conditioning, yellow full handprints on the bathroom door, scum in the bathtub, black scuff marks all over the walls, broken lamps, crumbs on top of the bed and huge stains on the floor and furniture. We immediately left. Please take my advice and do not ever stay here.

Dried s*men was on the floor next to my bed.. think that says enough.There was a hole in the wall by my window covered loosely by a piece of painted plywood. There was a loud ticking in the wall by the refrigerator that never stopped and the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. I would NEVER bring the wife and kids here. Essentially a last resort hotel if you absolutely cannot find anything else.

Okay bed, but certainly not a pillowtop mattress. Heating/cooling system was decent. My room had dozens of maintenance issues as shown in photos. The breakfast is a joke, one of the skimpiest selections of food I've ever seen. You can do much better elsewhere if you are okay with spending a little more.

DIRTY!!!! Dirty sheets, bathroom, the whole entire room. The room had some previous water damage that of course was not posted on the website. Even my 10 years old felt disgusted sleeping on the bed. I truly think our sheets were not changed as one of the beds sheets were balled up on the bottom and the other had stains. A total disappointment of a hotel and wasted of money!

All that’s on the beds are two think sheets to use as “blankets”, rooms smelt musty and all hallways reeked of pot, front desk receptionist were too busy on their phones to notice people were at the desk needing help, breakfast was pathetic. All that was provided food wise was bread, old muffins, and stale cereal. No protein was offered, no fruit, not even packets of peanut butter or honey. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere worth paying for.

This is a old Ramada inn and it’s quality is as such. For a cheap night sleep it’s ok. Don’t expect too much and you will be ok. The pool was open if you have kids. Breakfast is a sack with apple and snack bar and bottle of water. No juice . People are friendly and efficient that’s all rooms are old but clean usually in some kind of repair. Beds are good. It is what it is .

This is my worst experience in a road trip stay... we found a used condom and bottles below the bed! I reported the issue and the reception did not have other room available for my family, we ran away definitely.
