Clean hotel, convient location, even smelled new, Everyone was friendly, even those that didn 't speak English. Front desk was very helpful, food suggestions, plus coupon. Recommended the Arboretum! Great time there!! Breakfsat was LACKING! No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no sweet rolls! Expected MORE from a top notch facility!!

I had a good first night, the rooms were ok, but they were doing renovations, and bad smell of glue. But.. what REALLY bothered me was when I asked for a towel to wipe down and dry off my motorcycle after a night of rain.. they said “No… we can’t do that because the towels will get dirty” Ok, that was not great customer service!

Clean new facility. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Amazing location close to highway, grocery, coffee shops, restaurants and gas stations. Literally all within walking distance of less than half a mile. Close to a neighborhood made it perfect for walks and bike rides. Would definitely stay here again

This location was WONDERFUL! :) The front office staff members are amazing! They arranged for pick up from the airport and return to the airport. We were also able to leave our vehicle. The room was VERY clean, and the service was above and beyond! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to others! :)

This hotel just opened August 2023. Very clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast. Indoor pool. Great amenities nearby. I am super grateful for Travis who worked the night shift there and was able to help my son. Thank you Travis for being you!!!! Every staff member we talked to during our stay was very friendly.

We are long time Hilton Honors members and almost exclusively use the Hilton brand. We are not sure if our experience was unique but our room had serious flooring issues. This is a fairly new hotel and the floor tiles in our room were popping up all over the place. Feel this was a serious safety issue as they kept catching on our shoes and could have easily caused someone to fall. In addition, there were a couple chipped sharp tiles. This is a serious safety issue. There is no way this room should be in service and I'm curious if it affects more rooms at this location. Front desk staff acted surprised when we mentioned it upon checkout.
