We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

It’s one of the nicest hotel compare to other hotels in Tibet. Staff weren’t the friendliest people but they are okay. Sometimes there’s door man sometimes no. Corridor is carpeted so it’s hard to push the luggages but you can always ask the hotel staff to help you. Location is a bit far from where all the buzz is… but easy to take a didi to the main area. Overall you basically paid more for standard shangrila standard. Comfortable bed.

Stayed in many 5atar hotels in my time and by far this hotel has the best service and professionalism! Reception, food and beverage Mr Thomas and GM Ms Claudia! We were suppose to stay at the intercontinental on our last night but decided to stay at Shangri-La. The buffet was amazing and having the oxygen bar to relax was superb! Thank you

一如既往的賓至如歸回家的感覺，房間可以看到布達拉宮，從清晨到日暮伴着冬季的飄雪，欣賞到了不同天氣中各種布宮的風采，巍峨的雪山為背景，時刻飄動的流雲，純純的自然風景畫，很幸運可以每天換着角度欣賞。 房間配備24小時製氧機和酒店醫務室，為應對高反提供的滿滿的安全感，服務也是香格里拉一貫的水平。 餐食豐富新鮮，也有西藏特色可以品嚐，現在是淡季，行政酒廊分區域開放但沒有降低服務水平，簡餐飲品都很新鮮，高反不想出去酒店或者出門早返回休息都可以在酒店解決餐飲，非常供應新鮮水果，這次旅行非常開心而香格里拉也是必然的加分項。 非常推薦，來拉薩不二的選擇。

硬件還可以的，香格里拉的慣用裝修風格疊加了藏族的特色，設施來説每個房間都提供加濕器和製氧機的，還是醫用品牌yuyue的，在1樓還有醫務室可以提供醫用氧氣鋼瓶，外出的話也能提供便攜式氧氣瓶。 不滿意的是服務標準到了拉薩還是和國際香格里拉標準降標了的 位置的話到西藏博物館步行，但到八廓街和布宮打車都是15元左右。 我住的是布宮景觀房，能看到布宮的側面。

房間可以看到布達拉宮，給送了水果，衞生等沒有問題，早餐的皮蛋瘦肉粥不錯，煎雞蛋不好。房間有製氧機，沒有特別交代如何使用，我還是電話問的才知道需要打開，不是像洲際，直接就是彌散式供氧，而且有一定的噪音，不過，總體已經符合香格里拉的品質，有些地方比內地的香格里拉還好。

強力推薦，：酒店位置很好！房間就可以看到布達拉宮，衞生和服務態度都非常好👍👍 我們下午到酒店還幫我們免費升級行政房，前台她們很熱情！房間關鍵還配備了製氧機，這很重要❗️對面就是西藏博物館，去布達拉宮羅布林卡都很近。 下次再來拉薩還會住香格里拉大酒店

五年前來住過，這次帶了父母，意料之外高反嚴重。有幸得酒店周全照顧，加配製氧機、24小時醫務室、免費氧吧等等，還在工作人員的指導下買了氧氣枕頭酒店給免費充氧，去羊湖幫了大忙。在這裏遇到的每一位工作人員都很友善，感謝大堂小陳等等多位工作人員的照顧，希望有機會還能再來。

因為有陳經理和易經理的關照，我們也打破常規，一般出行，一個酒店住兩三晚總想換個酒店多些體驗，這次拉薩行卻是毫不猶豫的在已連住四晚後又續了兩晚，事後也證明我的選擇是無比正確。趕上天氣原因，連續多日貢嘎機場航班不是延誤就是取消，我們返程那天也是被通知兩次延誤後面臨改簽，着急忙慌趕去機場，發現背包竟然落在酒店送機專車上，感謝司機旦增通有及時發現送回，才沒有耽誤後續行程。而且延住的選擇也不衹是我家，在第一天酒店下午茶遇見的一家三口，在走前一天又遇到，聽説是當媽的出行冰川，還有高反現象，立即返回拉薩再次入住香格里拉，説是在香宮住的最舒服，我們也覺得這個春節假期的香格里拉不論服務響應還是餐飲管理都是一流的。
