A Life-Saving Stay with Breathtaking Views!” My stay at **Tibet Hostel** was absolutely incredible—thanks to the **kind and attentive staff** named xu mu the manager who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. As someone sensitive to high altitude, their **nasal oxygen supply** was a *literal lifesaver*, helping me adjust comfortably. The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. If you're visiting Tibet, **this hostel is a must-stay**—comfort, care, and stunning views all in one! **10/10 experience.** -

Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge, mycket nära Jokhang-templet, tvärs över gatan. Potalapalatset kan ses från takplattformen, men det är lite blockerat för att ta bilder. Layouten och hygienen inuti är också bra. Priset och läget är mycket kostnadseffektivt. Ctrip Gold Diamond-medlemmar kan checka ut fram till klockan 2, och när de checkar ut presenterade de entusiastiskt Hada för vår familj och gav oss små presenter, vilket visar vilken vikt de lägger på Ctrip-medlemmar.

High standard of equipment, you have to believe this hotel provide PHILIP hairdryer, SAMSUNG TV, KOLER toilet and more. Room is spacious, breakfast is good, view from the rooftop is good too. All in all, i will be back to this hotel no doubt. One thing to be improved: please clean the AC, too smoky.

非常方便，出門就是八廓街～環境特別好，藏式風格莊園酒店，下午可以在院子裏曬曬太陽喝咖啡，房間環境也特別好，衞生做的很到位，一塵不染，床品很舒適，酒店服務人員的服務態度也很好，設施都很好很完善，有私人停車場停車方便，服務態度超級好幫我們拿行李送我們到房間，還送了圍爐煮茶和紅景天，咖啡和餐也很好。

本人3.28入住該酒店，高反厲害，看到攜程後台提示酒店是晚八點開始供氧，衹能自己買幾瓶氧氣瓶，房間加濕器有問題客房服務員進屋一個招呼不打，直接把加濕器水加上就走，最起碼的禮貌或者善意提醒顧客使用説明都沒有，平日沒有培訓或者考核，到了八點還沒有氧氣，我的氧氣瓶已經吸完，我給前台打電話她告訴八點半才開始供氧，到了八點半還沒有又給她打電話，她説師傅去開了，八點三十三再打電話説等一下，八點三十七我直接到前台質問，還是沒有絲毫不安，我一個高反人羣奔着西藏賓館貴賓樓去，其他酒店很多提供全天供氧，他們晚上八點半到第二天七點這個時間段供氧很不友好，沒想到到了時間段還不提供沒有絲毫抱歉，本人高反頭疼得厲害找到前台質問，高質量的服務應該提前給顧客打開氧氣，關心顧客身體狀況，這個前台高高在上對顧客難受沒有一點同情心，高反非常危險，本人在極度難受之際接受西藏賓館貴賓樓如此冷酷無情的服務體驗，絕不會再來第二次！！

房間很大，充滿一股老錢風。但是設施比較落後，號稱五星，沒有膠囊咖啡機，甚至速溶咖啡也沒有。沒有迷你吧，歡迎水果還是有條件贈送（答應給五星好評）。至於最重要的供氧，每天晚上6點到第二天早上8點，時間很短。 最最最關鍵的是，他們家貴賓樓，號稱最好最貴的房型，竟然在10.1和10.2搞裝修！！！早上八點到晚上七點，電鑽和鎚子聲想個不停，這家酒店價高質次，本來入住人就不多，還想靠這種方法趕人走，不虧是事業單位，點贊！！ 給德吉和普布曲珍小姐姐好評，給老婆編的彩辮很漂亮，老婆很喜歡！ 客房旦增次旺服務員好評，感覺這個酒店工作人員很努力，但領導不行，酒店設施不升級，還搞節假日裝修，用我們的話説，*****！

This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

房間非常寬敞舒適，住在酒店可以遠望布達拉宮，酒店有自己的地上地下停車場，入門有哈達和紅景天飲品送上，滿滿的藏族風情！酒店早餐品種豐富，味道也不錯！是一家非常好的酒店！房間裏設定完備，酒店服務人員熱情周到，是一家非常值得推薦的酒店。孩子高反比較嚴重，前台服務人員特意幫忙送了一台製氧機，真的非常感謝！

Good value. Unfortunately be warned the heating does not work, room was 12c throughout my stay!! I did not raise this with reception as many other guests had the same experience.
