would not stay here again even if I am paid to. 1. I have stayed in various hotels and homestays but this place only faces one other competition in being the worst place to stay. The cleanliness is one issue, and the exposed wires were also a cause of concern. Please also see the dirty walls and dirty seating. 2. The toilet is not heated. In the winter, you will feel like an icicle if you are not standing on the floor, which is only the thing that is heated. 3. The rain shower is not connected to the wall ? So it moves? Not really a big concern as it still works but can be questionable to some. 4. Breakfast is also lacking in variety. You are better off buying food from the stalls at 比横沟 Only pro is that it is relatively close to 比横沟，which in our opinion, is not as nice as 九寨沟

Very good hospitality, the hotel allowed us late checkout and all the staff are very friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Will definitely recommend anyone vising bipenggou

Hotel is near to bi Peng gou entrance walk 12mins. With indoor hot springs pool, room is spacious and clean with tea set.

Although the staffs cannot speak English, they have tried their best to support us. The hotel is closed to Bipenggou Ticket & Entrance. Everything is good and new. They served snacks in the evening.

Great location, walkable to bi peng gou Simple breakfast but is ok to have a full breakie, overall is good and convenient Hotel did provide hot spring but not manage to enjoy due to late checkin

The hot spring is so nice. They were run out of towels so they provide us with a disposable towel.

Just 3 minutes walk to Bipenggou. Hot spring during winter season is the best.

Perfect place to stay at Bipenggou. 5 minutes walk to Bipenggou gate, ypu can leave your luggage at the hotel, very convenience. Plenty of restaurants surrounded. The room is spacious and clean. Service is super, all 3 reception are very professional. They coordinate The young lady even assist us to book bus tickets pick up from the hotel to Dujiangyan, and all of them kept checking with the driver after 3 hours late until the arrived. What a pleasant stay.

Hotel is located very close to Bipenggou entrance. Luckily, there is a staff who can speak English. All the staffs included ones who can’t speak English are all friendly and helpful. There is a got spring inside the hotel but unfortunately we haven’t tried due to altitude sickness. The room is huge and clean equipped with full amenities includes towel (but it’s disposable… quite unfamiliar with), shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hair dryer, slippers, drinking water dispenser, heater and a lot more. Somehow the toilet has a really bad smell and water heater is unstable enough. In conclusion, this hotel is good enough, affordable, and worth the price.

The staff is very kind, support to all our request. Room, is clean, just walk few mins to tourist center.

The location is about 200-300 meters from bipinggou entrance and is not difficult to reach by foot. The staffs are very helpful and friendly even though they cannot speak English at all. We communicate through WeChat with them using translate function.
