Grand Hotel Azzurra Club

this hotel offer really good place for summer holiday in Italy. we were family with 2 small children room - clean , every day cleaningy by roommate we have All inclusive program: kitchen - perfect, well organized, wide range of foods, special dinner like italian or french dinner pool - clean, sometimes sand, from children, small pool for children was clean too beach - clean, beach service included in price beach bar - friendly staff, good offer of drinks and snacks (snacks not included in AI) hotel bar - available every evening and perfect All hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We will visit this hotel again.

The location of the hotel right at the beach is very good. Also, the rooms and the rest of the interior are ok for 3 stars. A few renovations would make things nicer here and there, but everything works. The staff is working very hard, some people I have seen working for longer than 12 hours, especially some staff at the bar. Not sure this is ok. Despite this, the restaurant and bar staff were very nice and welcoming and tried their best to solve problems. During two breakfasts the hotel ran out of food, e.g. scrambled eggs, bacon, and fruit. Sustainability is also not a prime focus of this hotel. For the juice and water during meals plastic cups were provided. Also, for all-inclusive guests, every drink was served in plastic cups without any reason given. Anyway, the all-inclusive deal is not all-inclusive at all, because it only involved certain drinks. So, it would be great if the hotel did call this deal differently. Foodwise it was ok for meat-eaters, but for vegetarians and vegans, the buffet was very poor and boring. The warm meals without any meat or fish were pasta with tomato sauce or potatoes, which were served as a side dish for the meat or fish meals. After complaining about these issues, the management served us a bottle of prosecco before dinner. This is a very nice gesture. However, not much changed afterward. Finally, the owners and some of the management staff had their own table in the best spot on the terrace. Not a bad thing in itself, but they also behaved like little kings and queens and showed no interest in their guests. In addition, they reprimanded the restaurant staff in front of the guests. Not a nice way of running a hotel. So no I would not go back there.

Hotel eccellente. Posizione fantastica, direttamente sul mare. Stanze spaziose, ottime cena e prima colazione. Il personale cordiale e disponibile, sempre attento alle esigenze della clientela. Consigliatissimo, anche per chi viaggia in gruppo

Personale molto cortese e disponibile, stanze molto belle e spaziose, cibo ottimo sia cena che a colazione. Ci siamo divertiti moltissimo spero di ritornarci molto presto. La vista dalla camera era meravigliosa, e potevamo andarci direttamente dall'hotel.

Servizio eccellente con il cibo fantastico e l’albergo era molto bello con la vista mare e le stanze sono molto spaziose e pulite. Lo staff era ospitante ed erano gentili. L’ambiente era quasi sempre calmo ed è ottimo per chi è in cerca di una vacanza relax.

L'hotel da fuori si presenta subito molto bello e accogliente, personale paziente, gentile e soprattutto disponibile, noi ci siamo andati in gita con un numero di 36 partecipanti contando anche i prof e ci hanno detto alla fine della durata del soggiorno che siamo stati bravi e rispettosi verso gli ospiti che alloggiavano al piano superiore. Le stanze belle, spaziose e pulite, con tutto l'occorrente necessario per godersi al massimo l'esperienza del soggiorno, con un bellissimo accesso al mare che a parer mio è semplicemente romantico; mi sono trovata veramente bene, lo consiglio.
