I traveled through four cities, staying at seven different hotels, but what stayed with me after the trip wasn’t the luxurious rooms or high-end amenities. The most profound impression came from a small hotel in Lijiang, where the staff worked quietly, without fanfare or extravagance, but with a sincerity that touched my heart. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt something different. It wasn’t the smooth greetings in foreign languages or gestures learned from hospitality manuals. It was the way they looked at me—with genuine concern, not trying to sell a service but making me feel welcomed. Language wasn’t a barrier because there was a closeness between us, simple yet deeply meaningful. I remember one early morning, as everything was still asleep, I stood on the balcony and looked down at the small garden. Below, a staff member was meticulously wiping each leaf, each plant, as if each leaf held its own life. That simple act, in the quiet of the morning, made me realize that when someone pours their heart into their work, even the smallest task becomes meaningful. After experiencing the space and service here, I began to imagine what the owner of this hotel must be like. Perhaps he is a perfectionist, meticulous, dedicated, and thoughtful. If given the chance, I would love to meet him and learn from his experience. How is it that he only visits the hotel once a year, yet everything remains so flawless? The way every corner of the hotel reflects care and attention mirrors the personality of someone who is attentive to every detail. Perhaps that’s what makes this hotel different. They don’t strive to please the guests too hard, nor do they go overboard in showcasing excellent service. They let their sincerity naturally and invisibly touch the guests’ emotions. And from there, satisfaction naturally follows—effortlessly, without needing to be advertised. Through this trip, I realized that in the service industry, it’s not a race to compete on price or luxury. What customers remember isn’t the soft bed or the sumptuous breakfast, but how they were treated and how much care was given. Everything starts with the simplest things—a glance, a smile, or even wiping a leaf in the garden in the early morning. While many other places focus on selling services, this small hotel in Lijiang has taken a different path. They don’t try to sell; they let the experience sell itself. And when that experience comes from true dedication, customers will remember it forever, because what comes from the heart always lingers the longest.

The ladies at the hotel were beyond helpful, and we could not have asked for better service! They were friendly and gave advice about our trip and organized so much for us! 真感谢你们的好心服务！

The hotel is about a short 3 - 5 min walk from the entrance of the old city where our taxi dropped us off. The footpath is cobblestoned so luggage with wheels is a bit of a challenge. You can call the hotel and request for assistance where they will get your luggage to the hotel in a cart. We stayed in 3 rooms over 3 days and were assisted by Xiao Jing and Abby, both of whom were very attentive, friendly, helpful and well mannered. The service rendered was exceptional and the best we received in China, which made our trip to Lijiang very enjoyable. Rooms are equipped with Dyson hair dryers, and L'ocittane toiletries. Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows provided. Rooms are cozy and are very dimly lit. Coffee, tea, fruits and nuts are also provided in the dining area for guests throughout the day. Cannot recommend this accommodation more, it made our Lijiang trip so memorable.

非常棒的體驗 酒店很有特色古色古香，地理位置也不錯，在洲際隔壁，管家服務非常好，無微不至，得知生日還升級房型置辦了驚喜，送了蛋糕伴手禮，酒店房間各設施都很完善，都是品牌的，就是為了營造納西氛圍酒店燈光偏暗，有特色但不是很適應

太棒了這家民宿！酒店小姐姐直接給你安排的妥妥當當明明白白，不用擔心有任何問題，有親和力，完全沒有距離感，嵐舍客棧也非常非常有質感，房間佈局床品用品都是非常考究，特別的有納西別院的感覺，推薦打卡嵐舍，而且在古城裡麪 出行也非常方便

前台小姐姐人美聲甜，很客氣，熱情，給了遊玩建議 連住2晚及以上提供專車接或送機1次: 推着三輪車在景區門口接行李送行李 早點也非常好，供應咖啡飲品當季時令水果， 美中不足的地方：房間小，上下樓聲音很大，特別是有小朋友入住，很吵鬧，好在酒店很貼心，準備了耳塞，接受不了的不要選

很有味道的一棟納西老宅改造的民宿，房間燈光温馨雅緻，服務超級好，早餐也很豐富，一整天都有水果咖啡小零食免費供應，前台兩位小姑娘發自內心的熱情服務令人難忘 還有人接送拿行李 非常方便

酒店讓我感覺挺驚喜的，而且位置也很方便，就在麗江古城的裏面 。 早餐很豐盛精緻，床品很舒服，下次來麗江還會再來的~

小院在古城南門進去200米左右，非常方便。院子古色古香，裝修精緻，全木質結構很有特色。房間特別乾淨。尤其是床品太舒服了。客棧管家人特別好，服務水平極佳，早餐精緻豐盛。是一次找不到瑕疵的體驗，下次來麗江還來～

前台的服務態度真的很好 跟五星級酒店一樣 我覺得這個錢花在嵐舍客棧超值的 早餐有鮑魚 海蔘 各種水果 咖啡茶點 很有體驗感 值得推薦！客棧的環境屬於野奢的新中式風格 低調奢華 哈哈哈哈哈 給前台管家打call 老闆給她漲工資 漲工資

很不錯的小客棧，兩個小姐姐服務很用心。前幾天就有電話聯繫接機事項，加了微信後也有提示，到達有到路口接，出行方便，靠忠義市場這邊，相對四方街清靜許多，小院精美，温馨，家庭的氛圍。到達後還可以在小院喝茶、吃水果休息，茶好喝，水果很好吃，很舒服。 設施：房間設施比較完善，房間每天配有兩瓶泉水，有充電線和耳塞。還有洗衣液，這比較驚喜。毛巾也是定期更換的。洗護用品是歐舒丹的，吹風機是戴森的，花灑是漢斯格雅的，很棒。房間小巧精緻。應有盡有。早飯很精緻，套餐式的，鮑魚飯和海蔘飯好吃。有機會還會去住。
