The host is awesome and very helpful, upgraded our 2 beds family room to 3 beds family room and arranged to carried our luggage from the old town gate to the hotel 😊. The room is very clean and location is great 👍.

Staff was very hospitable, friendly and readily provided assistance. Place was very clean and comfortable :)

The hotel is quiet, very quiet, almost can not hear the noise in the inn, go out two steps to the official gate, the core area, very close to the square street, the inn facilities are also very modern words, smart toilet, toilet and shower dry and wet separation, water is very hot, toiletries are also good, the boss is very good, the car can not enter the ancient city, the boss will arrange tricycle pick up luggage

Shirley and the team are the best! 6 stars! They helped get me onto such a great tour and collected me from the entrance to the Ancient City. Shirley even organised my transfer to Dali. The room was so cosy and peaceful. The mattress and duvet were the best I've had in China. I loved the smart toilet. Breakfast was great and the location ideal. Please stay here if you want to be in the Ancient City and walk to everything without being in the noise.

這次入住真的讓我感到非常滿意！從預訂到退房，整個過程都非常順利。民宿的環境非常乾淨整潔，房間佈置得温馨舒適，設施齊全，完全超出了我的預期。而且老闆大哥人超好，很貼心，而且可以從古城門口用三輪車幫你拉到酒店，不用自己拖行李。酒店環境也很好 總之就是非常巴適！

We spent 3 nights at 呈憶趣影（麗江古鎮激莎莎，興文巷）. The location is centrally located, stone throw away from 官門口，and 古城花園廣場。 The housekeeper （管家）, 橘柚is a very hospitable gentleman. On numerous occasion, he invited us to have tea and with freshly baked 鮮花餅. He had also walked us through different parts of the 古鎮, enabling us to see the captivating sights that we had seen from our research. We appreciate that the hotel allowed us to check out only at ~2pm since our flight was scheduled in the evening on the check out day, noting that their cleaners knocked off at ~3pm. When there were multiple changes of our flight schedules （delays ＞3hrs）, Chengyi allowed us to rest in their cafe and 橘柚assisted us to reach the airline using his personal phone. Really appreciated that. 橘柚 had also diligently amended the timings for the luggage lugging and airport transfer services. In due time, he and his colleague sent us to the door and wish us Bon Voyage and hope will meet again soon. Overall, it was a good stay. Location - Great, easily accessible to all popular spots within the ancient town. Facilities - comfortable bedding, providing great sleep. Wished that the rooms could be bigger. Service - Good. Just ask the housekeeper or they will not disturb you if you prefer. Considering all factors, it’s a pretty good choice!
