Stayed here on the first day in Lijiang, the experience was superb. We can tell that they pay attention to details in the design, the service and the amenities beyond mere aesthetics. The hotel staffs helped us to carry the luggages from the ancient town entrance to the hotel as vehicles are not allowed to go in, then they greeted us with warm towel and rose pastry while helping us with the check in process. Their service made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

The hotel was located in a nice part of the old town, easily accessible to the centre of Lijiang Ancient City yet quiet and peaceful.

Location is secluded from bustling 古城南门, quiet. Might not be suitable for travellers who prefer easy access to 北门， not far but still a short walk. Room fully automated with AI 小狄 to control all switches. Lol. May not be user-friendly for some if cant speak fluent Chinese to give instruction to 小狄. But 小黑管家 is helpful. She helped to arrange and coordinate with our next hotel to move our luggage from Puzi to Cathay, which is about 1km away. We are thankful for 小黑管家 kindness.

The modern amenities, including intelligent room controls, enhanced the comfort of my stay. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were impeccable, and the daily offerings of nutritious breakfast, delightful afternoon tea, and a comforting goodnight sweet soup added a special touch to the experience. The hotel’s proximity to the airport further adds to its convenience. Cool accommodation with a blend of ancient architecture with smart AI tech. Free afternoon tea and night dessert. Breakfast selection was limited but the food was really tasty. Cars are not allowed in the ancient town, but the hotel will arrange for a porter to deliver your luggage on a tricycle from the alighting point on the main road to the hotel.

I had a great stay at Lijiang Pu Zhi Designer Hotel HOLIDAY VILLA, located at the South Gate of The Old Town of Lijiang. It’s a convenient spot for exploring the old town, and the staff was attentive and very helpful with our luggage. The hotel offers a modern touch with whole house intelligent control, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the heartwarming breakfast and dessert they served. The hotel is also not far from the airport, adding to its convenience.

The services and room is up to standards. The staff are frieny and helpful. When we need to leave hot early forbour plans, they even prepare simple takeaway breakfast for us to eat on the roads. Thumbs up for their services.

One of the best hotels we ever had. From high speed train station to hotel and back service is excellent. The staffs are friendly, smiling, have great attitudes and efficient. The location of the hotel is inside Old Town of LiJiang and very near the entrance or exit. We love the soundproof and temperature controlled rooms of the hotel. The hotel is very advance. Hopefully the management will continue the hotel's excellent service. We'll be back soon to have a vacation again in Lijiang.

I don't usually write reviews, but this was one of the best stays we had, with everything surpassing even the 5- / 6-star hotels. Sincere thank you to all the kind staff who made our stay so enjoyable and wonderful, we absolutely loved the warm breakfast, night dessert, on top of the clean room, modern design, smart home feature, special arrangement for early breakfast, help with luggage, the list goes on. Thanks again for making our stay in Lijiang such a memorable one.

Hotel location is very convenient to access the Ancient town. Staffs in the hotel provides excellent service, warm and friendly. They will pre-packed breakfast if you have to leave the hotel early. Simple dessert supper is provided every night. You do not need to worry about dragging your luggage as they have luggage service provided.

How i imagine staying with family would be like. Located in a quiet part of bustling Lijiang Ancient Town, front of house rode a bicycle cart to the south gate to pick up our luggage on arrival, prepared warm sweet soup (晚安甜汤) every night, welcomed us back from a day of touring with rose tea (花茶) and provided a simple daily breakfast. The room was well appointed with a smart home system that was very fun to use, and premium products like a dyson hairdryer and smart toilet with automatic washlet.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean spacious room and good breakfast options. Great location within the Ancient Town yet close to an exit for transportation. Highly recommended. Had a great stay.

A very nice and comfortable hotel, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Quality furniture and they do have frosted toilet doors. But bathtub is open concept. Service staff are excellent especially the short hair lady with glasses at front desk who helped us ordered our supper and paid for us in advance! Breakfast is simple.
