Hotel location is good, room is clean. Amenities are average. At first, there was no hand wash at the basin; then 2 days later, they added the hand wash. Breakfast food is always cold, as they don’t keep the food warm. Food is hardly topped up. Some of the utensils are not washed properly, there was previous food stuck on it - so unhygienic. Guest also smoked at the breakfast place, but no one told the guest that it is non-smoking. Hotel service is perfunctory, it is not warm nor friendly. After checking out, the hotel reception don’t even bother to offer to help you carry your luggage , and they don’t even bother to say bye. I like Lijiang, but I don’t miss this hotel at all.

This was so far the best stay we had in China! The hotel is new, very clean and in a great and calm location just 5 min walk from the old town. The room was big and very comfortable with great heating system and amenities, the bed was comfortable and toilet clean and big. Shower was great with hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices from western and chinese cuisine. The laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, maybe considering the size of hotel would be great to add more, but still we managed to take care of our clothes. The hotel staff is professional, provided us daily everything we need in the room. The room was cleaned every day. Everyday there was a new fruit plate in our room which we enjoyed a lot. Simply the best!

Nice hotel with AI operated rooms. However, you must speak to it in Mandarin. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. They have washer and dryer for use with no extra cost. We stayed here twice and realised that welcome gift was not consistent. We got it only during our first stay. Our main issue, however, was the strong cigarette smell, even on non-smoking floors and rooms. The first time, the odor was overwhelming, forcing us to request a room change. We also refrained from turning on the heater during both stays, as the smoke would enter through the ventilation system. Despite this, the room itself was stylish, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it an overall positive experience.

Impressed by this classy boutique hotel that has an AI-operated hotel room. My hotel room (with 2 single beds) is clean and comfortable, and equipped with a humidifier. Morning or evening, I can also request the AI chatbot to update me on weather forecasts, news, including entertainment vibes. Another customer delight is that Lijiang Mufu Xinyi Hotel also serves fruits and tidbits (on daily stay basis) as well as afternoon tea (e.g. Puer tea) and snacks at the hotel’s beautiful courtyard. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay at Xinyi boutique hotel and highly recommend to potential travellers to Lijiang.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Even though we checked in late they still send the welcome fruits to our room. We had a great stay in this hotel .

Very convenient location - walking distance to LiJiang Ancient Town, a mall & supermarkets, & plenty of restaurants near the hotel The front desk is very helpful & friendly. The room is very clean & comfortable. Overall a very good experience staying in this hotel.

Highly recommended for its location, which is just five minutes walk to a food street with delectable choices. It's also about ten minutes walk to the lijiang old town. The staff are professional and courteous. The hotel package came with a nice local buffet breakfast and a welcome high tea for two shown in the attached photo. The room is serviced with Xiao Tu, a cute AI app similar to Siri that will help to make calls for you, have several settings to draw the day and night curtains, and manage the lights etc. You can ask about the weather, the latest news, and even crack jokes. Quite entertaining. They allow late checkout, too. Really value for money.

The staff was super attentive and assisted us the purchase your ticket to YuLong Snow Mt and also provided some first aid kit for a minor injury. We had a very good time staying at this hotel. The staff at the reception were all super friendly and helpful. Hotel offered us a plate of good quality fruits and some snacks. Also all the drinks in the fridge were free. Only setback was the room smelled of cigarette though it was a non smoking room. Fortunately there’s an air purifier or humidifier so the smell was got rid of by the 2nd day. The hotel staff did offered to change for us but it was too much of hassle due to the belongings we had with us. Overall the stay was very good with the nice and helpful staff. They really deserved 5stars for awesome service.

Very clean and great location just few mins of walk to the old town. Breakfast was good and I like the fact that they served breakfast until 1 PM. The only downside was the hot spring and the swimming pool needed cleaning. Also, the point for improvements is that when housekeeping cleans the room to take the trash out and to change the bedsheets and change used glasses used for drinks.

The hotel has been so kind to upgrade us to the Family suite 😇. The suite is big and has two adjacent bedrooms with a big bathtub. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for making us feel welcomed. We will stay here again if we ever go to Lijiang again 🥰 Most importantly, we would like to show our gratefulness to all of the staff in Xinyi Hotel 🙇♀️ for their efforts to help our daughter to get back her handphone that was left behind in the Didi car. As we were not able to contact the driver, the staff helped us to make police report and we went down to the police station. Things would not be so smooth and expedite without their assistance. Thankfully we were able to catch our train on the day itself. The staff even refused our gratitude. This show their professionalism and great characteristics. Words can’t express our appreciation for your efforts but we still want to say a big thank you to you all. 🤝🤝
