Incredible hotel experience, The design , the service and the food, everything was 10/10. The private courtyard and butler service made me feel so special. The hidden gem is the schedule of daily free activities and strolling through gardens to see elegant black swans and adorable friendly sheep! It’s an experience you can’t get anywhere else. It totally made my trip.

The Hyatt Jinmao Lijiang was recommended to me by a close friend and it was truly worth the hype! It was the perfect location for us to explore local attractions, like Shuhe Ancient Town, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and Tiger Leaping Gorge. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, blending traditional wooden design with modern touches. Our room was fantastic - super spacious and comfortable with lovely Naxi touches. We loved strolling around the property’s serene gardens and watching sunrises and sunsets over the stunning Jade Dragon snow mountain. The hotel also had so many unique amenities, like an animal farm with alpacas, free guided tea tasting, complimentary photoshoot, and a luxurious sauna and jacuzzi, which was the perfect place to relax after long days of walking. Bella and the Jinmao team’s service at the front desk was warm, friendly, and professional and they were always quick to help with all of our questions. A special thanks to Bella for going above and beyond - when I left my jacket in the closet, she was quick to message me and offered to express deliver it to my next hotel. Truly exceptional service!!

Amazing stay with great views of the Yulong Snow Mountain! Room is very spacious. Breakfast spread was good. Staff are super attentive and helpful! From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth. Highly recommend!!

Very well furnished hotel with amazing view of the mountains. The hotel itself is beautifully designed too. Staff are hardworking but perhaps young and slightly inexperienced. The Chinese restaurant within the hotel has one of the best Peking ducks

Such a beautiful hotel. Upgraded our room to mansion because the room we wanted was going to be under renovation. The hotel environment is beautiful, with traditional Lijiang architecture, a lake. And they have some farm animals on the hotel grounds which my daughter absolutely loved.

The hotel is very beautiful, Shannnyn gave a small doll when I checked out, the room is very large and suitable for families to stay, and the breakfast is also delicious.😋

The hotel was beautiful and it’s design has a nice blend of modern Chinese and the local Naxi cultural elements. The rooms are very clean and we could get a glimpse of the snow mountain from our room’s balcony. The hotel provides lots of activities which we would very much love to join but didn’t have time. There was a mini petting zoo too! Their receptionist, Bella, was very helpful and friendly. Love this hotel and I would come back again if I visit Lijiang.

Rooms are nice. Breakfast with excellent choices. Restaurant is by the lake. Great atmosphere. Front Desk is constantly busy. 3rd party photographer is interesting and professional. Massage is ok.

My family and I had a truly memorable stay at Jinmao Purelax Lijiang, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. The resort is surrounded by stunning scenery, with views that are both relaxing and inspiring. The activities made our stay extra special — we enjoyed animal feeding, had fun kayaking on the serene waters, and even tried fishing. Our daughter caught her first fish here and was so excited — such a precious memory for our family! The service was attentive, and the staff made sure every detail of our stay was comfortable. The resort atmosphere is calm and refreshing, perfect for unwinding after exploring Lijiang. A wonderful choice for families who want both relaxation and unforgettable experiences in Lijiang.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Be sure to participate in their free activities which makes the stay extra worthwhile! Front desk was kind enough to provide an extra mattress for free — I’m guessing because it’s low season. Good spread at breakfast. Lijiang Old Town is 5km away and Shuhe Old Town is 2km away, so hailing a DiDi is necessary. Or, cycle. Only comment for improvement: lighting around the hotel property is quite dim at night, which can make navigating challenging…

amazing stay with jinmao. this hotel very beautiful with the mountain view. their staff very attentive especially ms christina who help us from check in until check out. we request for halal meal and they can fullfill our request

My best stay throughout my entire trip in Yunnan. The hotel compound is huge and there are lotsa activities which will keep you occupied. Booked a lake view room, it was very spacious and located on the ground floor, while it is facing the lake but it was partially blocked by the bushes. Rooms located on the 2nd floor will have a much better view. Breakfast buffet was a huge spread with lotsa different varieties & they serve as early as 630am. Try to get there earlier to chop an outdoor seat facing the lake, you will see black swans. There’s a mini animal farm that has alpacas, goats, shepherd dogs & horse, and you can feed them! Came with free photography session which you need to book 1 day in advance. Will definitely stay here again!
