Family room is spacious, clean and location is convenient to look for food and walking around. Staff is very friendly and helpful to give us good advice and find a good driver to bring us to next destination.

The hotel is located inside shuhe ancient city, just a few minutes walk away from restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, and the owner was so friendly. The owner will contact in advance to help to collect luggage so no worries if you have many luggage. 😁

From helping us with our luggage at the Shuhe Old Town entrance to offering expert advice on planning our itinerary, the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. His insider tips on purchasing tickets to Dragon Jade Mountain were invaluable. A special mention must be made of the delicious hot ginger tea he brewed for us – it was, without a doubt, the best we had throughout our entire Yunnan trip! The owner's kindness didn't stop there; he even assisted us with a delayed Taobao package, demonstrating exceptional customer service. We recommend this resort, particularly to families with kids. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and warm hospitality makes it an ideal choice for a memorable vacation. The only drawback was there a unfinish construction just outside the resort which was stop since Covid -19. The owner shared that the boss ran into financial difficult and has to stop the project.

Very nice ambience with lots of space. Located right inside 束河古镇. Remember to contact hotel before heading over so that he will arrange a tricycle ride to bring your luggage to the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Shandou had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. This location is convenient, situated near local attractions, yet it maintains a peaceful atmosphere. The beautiful garden area was a lovely touch, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

首先，肯定是環境設計得很漂亮，房間也很大，古色古香。 其次，住得很舒服，下雨天晚上有點冷，但是空調毯浴霸一應俱全，完全不會冷！還有一點對長髮女生很友好，浴室有配護髮素哦！用的都是牌子洗漱用品，這一點點贊 最重要的一點，是老闆很nice！今早四點多起來趕飛機，老闆還起床親自幫我拉行李到停車場

設施：院子裏面可以喝茶吹風賞花曬太陽，當懶骨頭，可惜我們行程排的很滿沒什麼時間享受裏面的設施，洗漱用品的質量很不錯，用着很舒服，床品也很好睡 衞生：衞生打掃的很乾凈，沒發現什麼衞生死角，床品味道香香的，房間進門就有一股很乾凈的味道很舒心. 環境：在束河裡麪算是比較安靜的地段，但是離北門又很近，很好找見，每天都睡得很香。 服務：老闆的服務簡直太好了，車接車送，得知我們有去雲杉坪的行程就提醒我們什麼時候該出門，不知道吃什麼也是給推薦的服服帖帖，老闆人很好，推薦大家選擇這家

束河真是雲南的烏託邦，沒有麗江古城的喧囂，沒有白沙古鎮的嘈雜，這裏鬧中取靜，位置很好，離四方街很近，服務很好，幫忙接送行李，有求必應，不懂得老闆隨時回覆我們，給我們介紹當地性價比高的餐廳，價格合適，味道好，給的旅遊攻略，也是很好，站在遊客的角度來考慮問題，不得不説，這次民宿選對了！房間採光超好，拉開窗簾陽光直照進來，心情都跟着敞亮。床品一看就是用心選的，質感好，睡得香。周邊吃飯的地方多，老闆人也特別好，茶台有免費的茶水喝，就跟朋友見面一樣，很放鬆的地方，服務、環境、設施都沒得説，五星好評送上！老闆生意興隆。。
