The place is in a good location with a nice view. Services are really amazing. The host helped pick me and drove me to the airport. Food is nice, Chinese and western food. The view is amazing mornings and evening

Overall experience was great and will definitely come back again!
Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast (taste and selection) was good. Best thing is that we could see the snow mountain and sunset from our room.
Definitely recommended!

The view in the morning on the mountains is incredible. The staff is so attentive and even hosted us for a tea session. The breakfast noodle is nice. Appreciate the gym and laundry room.

Perfect stay at yundu, magnificent view and very friendly staffs. One of the most comfortable places I've stayed. Definitely come back to this hotel if I were to visit Lijiang again.

The hotel offers a stunning view that truly takes your breath away. The cleanliness and aesthetic design create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Special thanks to the team members who entertained us, assisted with carrying our luggage, and seamlessly organized our transportation needs. The convenience of calling e-hailing services from the hotel was a great plus. Additionally, the thoughtful gesture of providing snacks when we couldn’t attend the breakfast session was greatly appreciated. A wonderful experience overall!

loved the experience, the staff were so friendly and warm. the best trip i ever had in 2024. food was good, stay was comfortable and view was one of the best!! though its on the pricy side but its very worth the deal. the staff were so helpful in all ways, from sharing with you what to do in yunnan to helping us out with our luggage's... bookings and everything! high tea was amazing too with different varieties every day.

It is an outstanding hotel and the perfect place to stay in Lijiang. The view to the Snow Mountain out of the room and the garden is amazing. The room is very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. In the afternoon they even serve a complimenntary Tea with fruits and sweets. Its a true paradise!

Setting this location as a base for our stay in Lijiang provided such a tranquil moment as it overlooks a reservoir and the snow mountain. Beautiful room with a tub that we enjoyed during our stay.
All staff were very helpful and provided help to purchase tickets to attraction, meals and even helped to purchase a Monocular from the meitu as we do not have a local number. We were also treated to a tea session at the premises. Such a wonderful time.
Thank you for the excellent hospitality provided.

The breakfast at this hotel is absolutely delicious! No matter how tired we were, my husband and I would always get up early just to enjoy it 😂. Our room had a view of Snow Mountain, but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate during our two-day stay. Still, the environment here is amazing and totally worth it!

Beautiful hotel facing the lake and mountain. The rooms are spacious and bed is very comfortable. Hotel also provides delicious afternoon tea and free transport service to nearby shuhe and lijiang ancient town and train station.
Only thing that can upgrade is the toilet bowl - many other hotels provide automatic flush and seat warmer, which is a bonus during the cold season!

Our stay at Yundu Xueshan Lakeview was short but it was so beautiful! The sunset view was awesome, room is big and clean, and beddings are very comfortable. The manager and staff were very helpful during our stay and even very carefully guided us on booking the tickets for Yulong cable car. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!!!! My daughter loved this place so much, she doesn’t wna go out 😂 I proceeded to stay here for extra two nights. Service, staff, food, everything is amazing. Staff is so polite. (honestly the best, even better than ritz carlton, you can feel their warm hospitality) The layout of the room is well thought of. They even have cute little hotel slippers and toothbrush for kids. Love it, not to forget the view here. wow. amazing.
