Abit run down. Tea area and lobby have things scattered around. More of a free and easy style of service provided. Breakfast provided was alright but has limited seating space if many guests were to eat at the same time. Location is good in the ancient city.

If you have doubt, just stay here. It’s going to be great! It’s located at lijiang ancient town, so there’s no vehicle access, you need to walk a little. Not far from main road. If you go via didi, search the location next to intercontinental hotel (check photo, mark x). That’s where you want to go. From that you have to walk to this hotel. Dont worry about your luggage, just call the hotel (get ready with your translator), they will come with a trolley to bring your luggage to the hotel. It’s easy to walk around lijiang ancient hotel from here too. The hotel has a slide suitable for kids, they would love it. The slide is located at the corridor and not in a room’s balcony. In my case, it’s right in front of my room’s door. So it’s accessible to all. They have dogs around but they are friendly. No worries. The room is very clean and comfortable, no complaint. The housekeeper will notice when you go out for breakfast and will quickly clean the room and replenish the stuff needed. Very efficient. Unfortunately no bidet for toilet, so you have to be a little creative if u need one. Breakfast is provided and for muslim, it’s halal! We didnt know at first but apparently it is. One of the staff is actually a muslim and he told us to not worry about it. And lijiang has so many muslim restaurants. Food is not a problem. You can do laundry at the ground floor and hang the cloth to dry at the top floor, just tell them and they will assist. The housekeeper even offer to do it for you sometimes but we decided to do them ourselves. No big deal. It felt like a small family place, with quality of established hotel, and we love it.

Situated near the old town yet in a quieter area and near the main road for easy transport. The loft unit was cosy and spacious. Staff was friendly and service oriented, the boss kindly helped to carry our luggages to the main road. Poodle was adorable, will return here again :)

we arrived Lijiang Airport very late and take taxi to hotel, Staff come to escort us at south gate and help us transport all luggage's to hotel. we stayed at "Yuyue Private Holiday Garden" for 2 nights, we are very enjoy staying in the hotel. Rooms are very clean & bed very comfy. Staffs are very hospitality and helpful. (Excellent services) we are unable to find pharmacy due to we need to purchase "Hong Jing Tian" but staff thought that I was attitude sickness and provide "Hong Jing Tian" for free. but I would get it for 6 boxes, they help to purchase on behalf and pharmacy delivery it to the hotel within 30 minutes. This hotel is very easy access from south gate, less than 10 minutes walk and have 2 cute dogs

Location was good but the facilities inside the room are a bit old and there’s some leaking on the ceiling jn the toilet. Our rooms was located downstairs and at night it’s kinda noisy because people upstairs kept walking here and there and we cant really sleep well. Others than that I can’t complain much. By the way, the breakfast is a bit too simple for me so the second day I rather went out to eat instead of having it in the hotel.

We love staying at this place. The place is inside lijiang old town. Easy to find halal restaurant just nearby the place only 700m. They also provide halal breakfast for all of us. They have slide and swing so kids can play. Inside our room also got swing for the kids to chill out. They also helped us pickup and dropped off our luggages at entrance. Very recommended if you want something different but at cheaper price.

Lovely place with great aesthetic. Good location in ancient town. Friendly staffs. Love the dogs too.

The hotel was very nice and warm since we went on Christmas time. Check in and out went perfectly smooth. Lady from breakfast was a bit rude but she manage to give us the right food. It was not easy to find according to the map but after finding it the location is very good.

The location was pretty good, only requires around 8 minutes walk to the ancient town, but it was quite hard to locate the place when we first arrived. The staffs were not very friendly to us.

There were a lot of small flies when we first entered the room, even after catching more than 10, there were still a lot in the room. The windows have crushed flies from the previous stay. There is not much space to hang clothes as well. The location is hard to find (deep inside from main road), and no help was provided to bring the luggages out to the main road. Nevertheless, it is located at lijiang ancient city so we just had to walk around 8 minutes to the area we wanted to go to.
