SHANXIANG Mountain Tour | Senyangguan Snow Mountain Ancient City Panoramic Garden Resort Hotel

The room and location was great in a quiet part of the ancient town. They picked us up from the train station and their staff brought a tricycle to the main road and transport our luggage all the way to the hotel. As our room was on the second floor they carried our luggage up and down upon checkin and checkout.The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially 彬哥。 He helped to recommend sightseeing spots and even helped to book day trips for us. He even brought us to a wholesaler to buy dried mushrooms and helped us save money. The restaurant he recommended was also good and inexpensive. Their breakfast though basic was good and they make an effort to accommodate our early timings as we needed to leave early for our tour. We also love the rooftop viewing spot as we can see the whole ancient city and a view of the jade dragon mountain in the distance when the clouds clear.

I had an amazing experience at Shanxiang.The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and cozy, and the location was perfect. Everything was well-maintained, and I especially loved the place had a warm, homestay vibe with beautiful architecture that made it feel both unique and welcoming. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Thoughtful amenities like a **humidifier, direct-drinking water dispenser, and foldable clothes rack** made our stay extra comfortable. **💖 Warm and Attentive Hospitality** As international travelers, we were deeply touched by the hosts’ **genuine warmth and helpfulness**. They provided excellent local recommendations, including restaurants that we absolutely loved 👍. they even gifted us homemade **rice wine**—a sweet gesture that made our trip even more memorable. Shanxiang Homestay isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience that enriched our Lijiang visit. If we return, this will be our top choice!

Wow! AMAZING!!! From the moment we booked to the moment of check out has been an amazing experience. The reservations manager, Brother Huang ,is so incredibly , knowledgeable and quick with he responses! Check in and check out were SUPER easy and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The are is gorgeous, the rooms are so cute and functional and the bathroom are amazing!! We will certainly be coming back again and again and I HIGHLY recommend this property!!! Very decent prices and a vacation you’ll never forget! Thank you so so much to Mr Huang, and for the SHANXIANG resort hotel awesome time! We will be back soon!
