The hotel is really near the North gate. It is just a two minutes walk from the main road. Cassie our super host helped us to book our transports. The cost from the hotel to the railway is 60 yuan for a van that can accommodate 5-6 people. Cassie also helped us book the JDSM tickets + lijiang impression show with private transport for RM 355 per person and helped us book a transport ( for 5-7 pax) to ferry us around for a day tour of Dali for 700 yuan. It was really a blessing to have Cassie around as she helped us with almost all the transport arrangement. Thank you so much Songzhuju and Cassie! Dear Cassie, we shall miss your hospitality 🥰🥰🥰

Best accomodation in Old Town Lijiang! Before our stay, i have contacted Tiramisu to plan my itinerary to JDSM. She was so nice & arranged a driver for us. The driver was also very attentive, and comfortable. And they also upgraded my room which another bonus. The room was very spacious & i love that there was a toilet seat warmer & humidifier in our room. Even though theres a language barrier, but they were all were so nice! After we checked out, the host actually offered to send us off, which was very nice of him. However, we have to decline as we have booked a taxi. Thank you so much for a memorable stay. We will come back for sure 🫶🏻

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, particularly thanks to Jia Hou, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His helpfulness and dedication truly impressed me. The hotel's location was also ideal. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the heating system in the rooms, as it was slightly underpowered. Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! I definitely will come back again.

Overall a very pleasant stay at Songzhuju. Breakfast is simple and filling. The location is fantastic, less than 5 mins walkable distance from the ancient city north gate. The room and shower room are clean. Host is very friendly and welcoming, offering to help with moving luggage around. Their travel packages to jade snow mountain are fair and reasonable. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay near Lijiang Ancient City.

This accommodation is absolutely worth staying at—top-notch in every way! The rooms are incredibly clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for travelers. The location is perfect, just near the North Gate exit. Most importantly, the owner provides exceptional service. Cassie takes care of everything, is incredibly friendly, and always has a warm smile. She even recommended an amazing hot pot restaurant! You can also book a Jade Snow Dragon one-day trip directly from the accommodation—Cassie will handle everything for you. If you’re visiting Lijiang Old Town, you must stay here! Highly, highly recommended! I was beyond impressed and will definitely stay here again next time!

Good location, it is located in the old town of Lijiang. Our host was really nice. Arranged transport from the train station and even helped us with our luggages even though we arrived late at night. They provided scrumptious breakfast. Highly recommended !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is in a great location, just a short walk from the main street and only a few minutes away from the heart of the old town. The service was outstanding, and I especially appreciated the free pick-up service from the station in their beautifully designed car. Although I had to leave early in the morning and they couldn’t take me back to the station, they kindly helped by bringing my luggage to the main street, which was a nice touch. The room itself was well-designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning could have been stronger, and I missed having a heater in the bathroom. Overall, I found the hotel to offer great value for the money, and I would definitely recommend it for its prime location and excellent service.

This is the best place i have ever stayed in my entire trip. The hotel is very clean and the staffs are very kind. So glad that I have Tiramisu to assist me my whole trip. She can speak English well and she can arrange transportation too. I booked the duplex room, it is very spacious with 2 bed which i think are king beds because they are very big. My kids love it so much. They even gave us fruits and served us tea when we check in. They provide oxygen for us as well. The room has a balcony where we can relax and chill. Every part of the hotel is instagrammable. What I like the most is the location where it is just 100m to the North Entrance gate of the Ancient City. It's also 50m to Chagee which i buy Frappe everyday. Perfect hotel, perfect location. 10/10 recommended!!

Location perfect. Jalan sikit ada Chagee. Tempat nak tunggu Didi pun dekat je. Sampai2 hotel, host serves tea. Peramah 💕

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us carry the bags up and down the hill. The place was magnificent and really in the old town of lijiang

The Villa is a hidden gem. The rooms are modern and as beautiful as you can see in the pictures. Close to North Gate..making it easy to entry and exit. Halal food available near the North Gate. There’s Chagee, Mart & Fruit Shop nearby. Cassie is very helpful. She arranged taxi for us from train station and vice versa. She fetched us at the entrance and managed our luggages. She also recommended the best Chinese Costume shop with reasonable price. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay here! ❤️
