I wish they had assisted with the luggage. During checkin or checkout they did not bother with our luggage. There was also issue with the shower drainage, it was clogged. The water heater also takes along time to heat up. We chose this place because it had a good location.

The location of the hotel is very good. Very near to the entrance to the old town. And walking distance to the waterwheel, which is perfect for us. The hotel area is also very beautiful with the ginkgo trees turning yellow. The breakfast is simple but enough for us. The staffs were really helpful. Even with language barrier, we still managed to communicate. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. For the price we paid, definitely recommended for its location and service.

Excellent location at the very entrance to the ancient city, central but tucked away from the busy nightlife. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard to relax. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. I could never finish it! The room was big, clean and had all the comforts. The best part of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the hotel owner. He took the time to recommend some great spots to visit in Linjiang, arranged a fabulous two-day tour to Shangri-la and, despite my total lack of Chinese, had the time and the patience to have a long chat with me over some wonderful pu'er tea. I felt like I was being looked after by family. I will definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The room is pretty clean and cosy. The staff is very polite, nice and helpful.

Hotel is in the old town but located near several exits. Clean room and a good size. Basic breakfast . Staff very helpful and guided us for covid tests and tours.

My wife and I stayed there twice on our trip because the hosts were so friendly and the hotel was so comfortable. We ended up spending Chinese New Years Eve with them and had such a wonderful time. Everyone in the hotel were so kind and helpful and made our stay in Lijiang perfect. A special thanks to Xiao Gao and Beibei for going out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel is located in the ancient city and close to the entrance which makes it easily accessible. The breakfast was great and the cook is excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable and the heater works really well.

Great location in old Town. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice room but noisy, right off courtyard.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner of the hotel which was fantastic. He walked us down to the hotel and helped with the luggage. Hotel rooms are relatively small and shower/bathrooms dates. Hotel manager couldn’t have done more for us. We requested a slightly different breakfast and our needs were met. Thank you for a lovely stay.

위치는 바로 북문 쪽이라 이동하는게 아주 편했어요. 고성 돌바닥이 정말 울퉁불퉁해서 캐리어를 끌고 다닐 수가 없습니다. 여행 전에 위챗 추가를 해서 마중 오는 시간을 소통합니다. 방까지 캐리어를 가져다 주셔서 좋았어요. 저는 옥룡설산 현지 투어를 하려고 문의를 드렸었는데 잘 연계해주십니다. 매니저님이 거의 개인 가이드처럼 여러가지를 잘 알려주십니다. 투어는 인상여강 공연이 포함되지 않은 상품이었는데, 대신 천고정 공연을 알려주시고 할인가로 끊어주셨어요. 화장실 샤워실 문이 없는게 하나 흠이었지만, 전체적으로 룸 컨디션은 좋습니다. 슬리퍼가 도톰뽀송한게 좋았어요. 조식은 죽이나 미씨엔 세트로 나옵니다. 무난했고 우유가 맛있었어요. 마지막 배웅까지 해주셔서 서비스에 정말 만족하고 갑니다.

酒店位置在大水車附近，離出口非常近，進出古鎮和滴滴打車都很方便。店家提供合理透明的接機價格讓客户可選擇接機服務，並親自到入口迎接，讓第一晚抵達麗江的我們充滿了安全感。酒店提供的美味早餐尤其米線也讓我們可以每天直接吃飽就去玩，非常省心。阿信還介紹我們附近好吃的菌子火鍋，真的好吃。 本來打算最後一天住住古鎮以外地點，但家人很滿意這酒店所以再次續住。大家去麗江古鎮住他們家就沒錯啦。
