Front desk is very very helpful, especially the staff who taking care of us - Xiao yu. She is very helpful in terms of ensuring our experience, our needs. The buffet breakfast is great, delicious food serve in a comfortable and clean dining area.
The stay is very beautiful externally and internally.

Chill and cozy hotel
The staff 小玉 was attentive with any requests during the stay.
Overall was a nice stay with families

Hotel ls ideally located in old town, ideal for exploring it. Premises has well maintained garden, rooms are spacious and well kept. Breakfast buffet is nice. Front desk people are very welcoming and helpful, especially “ Xiaoyu “ she organized out trips to snow mountain and Lijiang romance theatre show, her brother even drive us to the show. she made our stay very comfortable, we highly recommend this hotel. We will return again .

Incredible stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make my hotel stay memorable. They have an outdoor cinema every night at 19:30. Only downside is the hotel is very noisy until around 23:00 at night and limited breakfast options for foreigners. 5 minute walk to Shuhe Ancient Town. Beautiful rooftop views and clean, beautiful environment and gardens.

Xitian Yueshang Inn (Alice In Wonderland inn):
The hotel in Lijiang was a pretty and cosy spot. On arrival at the hotel, Xiao Xiao was asked to help translate for me. She shared her wechat, answered any queries even late in the day and guided me right through my stay. She showed me areas for a great meal and desserts and told me interesting things to do in the area and helped make the reservations. All the other staff were also kind and helpful. This really made my stay worthwhile and want to share my experience. Hope to be back again soon!

設施：酒店設施還算可以吧，就是沒有電梯行李重一點都搬不動

【私人管家】入住期間遊玩講解:私人管家服務真的還不如不要，住過那麼多酒店名宿，這是第一個讓我覺得私人管家服務還不如不要有，太差勁
以上衹是我個人體驗下來的感覺_衹能説不能衹憑着有明星拍過綜藝打廣告但是後期服務跟不上吧，可能他們賣的就是個明星同款吧，反正對我來説我比較注重名宿酒店的服務，因為現在基本環境都不會太差，以後再去肯定不會再選擇了

環境非常優美的酒店，天台可以遠眺拍到玉龍雪山，彌補了因為天氣無法登上雪山的遺憾。這次入住，服務員幫我們把房間進行了升級，空間很大，很乾凈，就是隔音效果差了點。入住和離店的時候，服務員都會幫忙拿行李，客房管家阿遙很貼心，提前一天聯繫告知酒店相關的訊息，而且給了我們一些很好的行程建議，下次來麗江，還會選擇入住這裏
