IAN Weisu Hotel recensioner

This hotel had not fully disclosed the discrepancies of the reality & what it represented on Trip.com. This is just one of the many poor deliveries. The room we were provided was isolated & is a separate standalone from the hotel's published address. It is difficult to locate our room & we have to walk 380 metres to its main address each morning for breakfast. Our room was poorly prepared & was in a mess & many amenities not working. Location maps given to us were wrong several times. Overall a very bad experience. And a warning to all potential patrons to be careful & to be fully informed. Trip.com needs to take responsibility together with this hotel for this fiasco & refund the money we paid or compensate in dollar value. If Trip com values its corporate reputation, share value & its ESG rating. This experience smacks of attempts of deceptive & misleading conduct by the hotel & the platform abetting each other. Did you conduct due diligence - Trip.com? Trip com has to reply to me in person separately.

The interior of the hotel is quite nice, but the service and hospitality is average/ below average. I wouldn't reccomend this hotel to english speaking traveleres, we didn't feel welcomed at all compared to other places we stayed at during our 3 week travel around china. A nice interior/exterior will never outweigh a smile. I would suggest to look for other place in old town. Also be prepared to drag your luggage along the cobble streets of old town.

Lovely homestay hotel right in the centre of Lijiang. The room was comfortable, clean and as described in the listing. Obviously there is no parking in the old town, so you’ll need to park nearby and walk in.

The room was small but comfortable. a big shower room and bathroom. The hotel is located in the heart of Lijiang Ancient city so is ideal for exploring this area.

This hotel is in the heart of the ancient village. Perfect location for those who want an authentic feel. The guy at the desk helped us to find where to go for Tiger Leaping Gorge and Snow Dragon Mountain. He also helped with getting the cart drivers to take our luggage to and from the main road. The hotel room is very beautiful however it lacks proper cleaning. The person before us had obviously spilt pink milkshake or something on the table and carpet. When we entered the table had pink stuff stuck in all the crevasses and the carpet was horribly stained. They didn't clean the room properly and on one occasion completely forgot to clean our room. This was frustrating for us as we had been out everyday at 6am. Breakfast is served from 7am so we missed it except for the last day. It was OK. If they pick up their hygiene, it could be a fabulous place.

房間乾淨整潔，環境清幽，讓人住得安心、舒心。位置得天獨厚，既能欣賞到美麗的自然風光，又能方便地前往周邊的各個景點。這裏的環境寧靜舒適，是放鬆身心、遠離喧囂的理想去處。

客棧位置在古城中心、早餐很豐富、老闆還到路口接我們、給我們介紹旅遊線路都是純玩的、晚上還帶我們去酒吧打卡、非常好玩、這家客棧值得朋友來體驗、説不定還有艷遇奧、

客棧外置在古城中心，出行方便，早餐也挺好，房間乾淨衞生，行李多了還可以接送，值得推薦

民宿體驗超讚，房間和圖片一樣美，設施齊全又乾淨！ 位置好、衞生質量也讓人滿意。
