Hotel Indigo Lijiang Ancient Town

Great hotel, specially for the excellent service from Lydia and Wayne that have exceeded our expectations!

We really have a good time staying at Indigo Hotel. The location is excellent. It is in the Lijiang old town. Very easy to go anywhere and the room size is big and spacious and the design truly represent the culture of the city. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Lydia. She is very helpful and help us to book tickets to Yulong mountain. We really recommend people to stay here if they visit Lijiang.

Very convenient location and closed to the town

TV remote in the room is out of batterie (or something). We could not turn off the TV which was luminated when we arrived. The service came as soon as we called. He just removed the TV plug at the back. A bit strange for the hotel this level. Room is impeccable clean and the location is perfect though.

Excellent place! We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Hotel Indigo during our holiday. Our rooms were tastefully designed with impecable landscaping within the compound. It's quiet within the hotel, and yet has the convenient access to plenty of food and shopping options a few steps away. Staff were most helpful. I would like to commend staff 王伟。Due to some mistake by booking agent, hotel had only one 2-bed rooms whilst we have confirmed booking for 2 such rooms. 王伟promptly upgraded us to a King bed suite with added bed. He also promptly helped us to book tickets to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain ropewalk tickets, etc, communicating via WeChat. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Indigo Lijiang Hotel is located just outside the ancient city, offering both convenience and safety for exploring the area. The rooms are impeccably clean and functional, and the gardens, with their meticulously groomed trees, shrubs, and flowers, are a testament to the housekeeping team and the gardeners’ dedication. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly restaurant staff, notably Mike, whose constant smile, helpfulness, and politeness stood out. Special thanks to Cindy, who truly enhanced our stay. She attended to us at check-in and she helped to arrange tickets to the snow mountain and assisted with restaurant reservations. We accidentally left something in our room, Cindy promptly informed us and arranged to send the item to our next hotel. We truly appreciate your kindness, sincerity and warmth, Cindy! We also want to thank Morna who ensured a fast and smooth checkout. Indigo is not just a lovely place to stay; the dedicated team makes it an exceptional experience. We would gladly return!
