I’ve just returned to my home country, and I’m already missing my stay at this Lijiang hotel! The location is perfect—it’s within Lijiang Ancient City but what’s even better is that the hotel isn’t directly in the center of the ancient city, making it super convenient to order Didi rides, which can pick you up and drop you off near the hotel’s doorstep. Since we stayed for two nights, the owner generously offered us with a pick-up service, which made our arrival so much smoother. The room itself was warm, spacious, and cozy—with probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept in!

The room is true to pictures and comfortable. Good communication to arrange for transportation. For those who don't smoke - quite some smoking in the "lobby/tea area" which is uncomfortable when passing thru. This doesn't impact the room. Drop off/pickup just at the entry to this inn.

Good location and delicious breakfast

I stayed at cure bleeding for 3 nights and met some nice people. The owners took the initiative to message me on trip app before I arrived (which I regrettably missed out) so check your trip inbox when you’re heading over. The lodging is near to the entrance, a few minutes down the slope and can be recognised by their white coloured short wall. The lodging is family run and Boss’s brother personally came to fetch my friend and I from the entrance. He helped carried our luggage to the lodging (thank you!) Room is cosy with some automated features (e.g offing of lights using voice command). Pretty nice if you just want to lounge in the room after walking the ancient city. The toilet comes with heated toilet seats with an auto flush system. The lodging provides bathroom slippers to use as the toilet floor gets wet after bathing. Fruits, tea and snacks provided upon arrival (see photo) Personally prefer their mee xian for breakfast, my day 3’s meexian was good! Boss invited me to join for a drink at the front yard on one of the nights and I got to know some nice people- it’s safe, the boss made it a point to see that I reached my room safely. To note: the naxi photoshoot is outsourced to a company. It is complimentary with the stay in terms of the shoot plus the make up but they charge for the photos (1 free photo per room, 50rmb for each subsequent photo). We were told at the start and decided to continue for the experience. Managed to do a comfortable and economical share ride back to Dali through arrangements made by the inn. Overall, there is a personal touch to this inn. Will come again!

The inn is operated by a pair of brothers and their friends. They are friendly and greets you everyday when you leave and enter. They give good advice on what good food there are and what to do in the old town. On the check in day, they gave us tea and snacks in the afternoon and at night they provided hot desserts. They picked us up where our car dropped us at and carried our luggages up on their shoulders to avoid damaging them. The inn was really nice and the room was spacious. It was really relaxing staying in this inn. The location is great too, it is near the exit of the old town so you can easily take taxi. Breakfast was great too, the noodles was delicious. You can ask for non chilli option. Arranged a drop off service to the train station on my last day. But since it was too early, we had to carry our luggages down from the 2nd floor and carry through the courtyards. The cleaner didn’t really clear the hand soap throughout the days, even though we used it a bit. Not much of a prob since we can just use the shower gel. Appreciated that they provided conditioner since most of the hotel/inns that we stayed didn’t provide. Also to note the free costume that was advertised is just a voucher by an external costume rental shop. Free makeup and costume is provided together with one picture taken. But we wanted to avoid the risk of hard selling so we didn’t go.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the ancient town, which is convenient. the breakfast provided was good.
