The only complaint would be how difficult it was yo find. And the steep steps to egotiate to get to the hotel. The room and setvice was great.Some great restaurants at the bottom of the street

The room is nice and clean. The receptionist helped us to bring the luggage to level 4. The owner is super nice, friendly and helpful. She helped us to book the Lijiang show with seats near the stage and discount prices and book the bus ticket from Shangrila to Yading. She is responsive and give us helpful advice about where to buy the rose cake too. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel provides the services more than 5 stars. Gesang, the beautiful host can communicate excellent in English and very supportive. I have never seen a friendly and supportive host like her. She not only helped us to book the show, taxi, but also helped to resolve our issue with the local bus tickets. This is significant important when you travel and cannot communication in Chinese. The room is clean with a beautiful view. My friend room also been upgraded to a better room with no cost. A must book hotel if you travel to Lijang.

Firstly about the cleanliness. Room is clean, things are properly placed and kept neat and tidy. The location is just right outside lijiang ancient city which is perfect because it won't be that noisy when you require early rest, it's also near enough to the most bustling part of the town. There's some stairs for sure but if you can walk 玉龙雪山 and Lijiang ancient city this is really alright. Owner is very responsive and friendly and very helpful. There's a reason why they are 4.8* because the services are that good. Checked up on me and fetched me once I arrived to prevent myself from getting lost. Also help with some last min requests. If you have any issues, I'm sure he'll be glad to help you out, so no point complaining when it's over when one could have reached out to him and I'm sure he will help to the best of his abilities. Amenities are well supplied, there's enough stuff for you to last through the night. There's even an air-con, washing machine, resting corner, TV and a part to view the night city. Not to say the room is really big for that price.

Not recommended for old people stay the stairs case too the place is too steep n long. Water pressure for bathing very poor take a long time too bath water flow out too slow sometime no hot water when bathing half way
