Suyin Hall ▪ Life aesthetics resort courtyard is located in Zhenxing lane, Wuyi street, the beautiful ancient city of Lijiang, adjacent to the main street of Wuyi Street on the left and Yinyu lane, Xinjin wanghong street, the ancient city on the right. The hotel is designed by famous designers, and the courtyard is newly decorated as a whole. It has 12 guest rooms with different styles, two public tea rooms, bar counter and outdoor leisure area. All guest rooms are equipped with customized latex mattresses with moderate hardness, pure manual solid wood furniture, artistic walls, well-known brand bathroom, electric curtains, Gree central air conditioning and 5-second hot water system. And all materials are selected from home decoration standards. We look forward to bringing you home comfort.

Our stay at SuYinTang were healing and cozy. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the ancient town,this boutique guest house is a serene escape with its lush courtyard and warm inviting atmosphere.
The rooms were designed with perfect blending of wooden furnishings, natural textiles and colours, make it very cozy and the bed was comfortable.
What truly made our stay special was the hospitality of the host, where we were offered freshly brewed tea and great help to order foods and necessities with ******* in his phone.
If you are looking for an authentic, yet soul soothing stay in Lijiang, SuYinTang is an absolutely gem.

This is a fantastic home stay that is like a home away from home. Everyone here is friendly and very helpful. Upon arrival I was served with tea. The staff gave tips about what to do and not to do in the ancient city. We are in the quieter part of the town so there are shops around but not as busy as near the market street. Everywhere is about a 10 minute walk away. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again when I’m back in Lijiang!

The staff were exceptionally accommodating and caring, they helped us get tickets and taxis and were patient with our requests.
The rooms were spacious, even the smaller ones, and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is a nice size as well, although the water pressure isn't great, you can at least expect really hot showers.
Every evening, when we got back to our rooms, a warm soup was waiting for us, which was very soothing and perfect to wind down for the night.
For breakfast you have the option to have the local MiXian noodles or congee with extras; a simple but filling breakfast that makes you feel ready for the day ahead.
Lastly, they transported our luggage from the hotel to the entrance of the Ancient Town, which is very convenient. You may also request this service upon arrival to the Ancient Town, and they will pick up your bags whilst you have a look around.
We definitely would recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful 1 week stay at 素隐堂 in Lijiang. The homestay exudes a cosy charm while offering modern comforts. Hosts 小帅 and 景阳 were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home with their thoughtful recommendations and hospitality. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the tranquil courtyard was perfect for relaxation. The breakfast provided was homely and delicious. With its prime location within Lijiang Old Town, 素隐堂 is an ideal choice for an authentic and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Good location, located in lijiang old town however need about 5-8minutes walk from the entrance. Owner provide service to transport luggage from the entrance, good service.
owner is very friendly and chatty, serve tea to welcome guests when arrive.
room is clean and has heater, quiet at night.

This is our hotel view at night. The hotel staff were very helpful! They picked us up and carried our bags from the taxi drop-off point to the hotel, and the same thing happened when we checked out. They informed us about what to do and not do, and advised us on which package we should take. Thank you for the great service, and we will definitely come back one day when visiting Lijiang again! ☺️

Great place to stay in the 古城.. the owner still walk out the main street to pick us up personally incase we lost the way as we check-in around 9pm after the sightseeing.. we have some yummy sweet soup daily to prevent high attitudes sickness.. 7 mins route to the stay include a slight slope n steps so just need to walk slow.. as they will arrange transport for luggage to the main entrance

Butler was helpful//waited for us to help with luggages before and after our stay.
Breakfast is good, came with soy milk with is good for lactose intolerant people.
Location is in the city area but the noise before 12am can be quite loud as it is located near drinking area.
