This hotel is very valuable start from welcome drink tea and conversation with reception in different languages not understand each other but works. Room very clean and very high technology big screen TV auto window curtain and auto toilet using. We were greet by staff or owner every time we meet. Offer to help for traveling. We are very appreciate and impress their service will recommend this hotel to all friend in Thailand.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was good, the toilet was smart, the bathroom was well equipped. The wifi worked without any problems. But I would like to thank the hotel owner the most. He was very kind, he taught us how to drink tea. The tea we drank with him was delicious. He helped us with our luggage and arranged a car for us. He also arranged a trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain for us. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

From the moment we arrived at Lijiang Old Town, the owners made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As soon as we reached the stay, they helped us check in smoothly, and invited us to sit down for some tea. We spent time chatting together, and they generously shared local tips and recommendations for things to do around Lijiang. It was a warm and relaxing way to start our trip. On the day we left, they even arranged a vehicle to help us transport our luggage out of the Old Town. Since the cobblestone roads can be quite bumpy and hard to navigate with suitcases, this small but considerate gesture really made a big difference. What truly made this stay special was the personal close-up interaction. One of the owners took the time to bring me out for a nighttime walk around the town. It was a chance to really experience the local culture through their eyes. From exploring the beautiful, lantern-lit streets to learning about the traditions and history of the area, it felt like a genuine cultural exchange rather than just another tourist activity. We explored hidden corners, talked about local traditions, and shared stories late into the night. That evening meant so much to me, and it's a memory I’ll always carry with me. This was more than just a place to stay, it was an experience that left me with lasting memories. The warmth, hospitality, the atmosphere, and the deep connection to the local culture made it one of the most meaningful stays I have ever had. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Lijiang. You won’t just find a great place to rest, you’ll also meet amazing people who truly care and are proud to share their culture with you.
