Very comfortable room, fully equipped. The restaurant serves very good food. They can arrange also airport transfers. It's in a central location, close to the local market and to the curio shops and normal shops, supermarket and bus offices. Friendly staff and great price quality ratio

Thank you for your comfort and care. I have traveled extensively in Africa and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The rooms are clean, the showers work well and there is hot water, which in my experience is very rare in Africa. The air conditioning saves from the heat. Also the hotel has a lovely interior and a restaurant with excellent food. Another separate plus is the location of the hotel. Nearby there is everything you need. It is very safe and pleasant. Thank you! I will stay again when I am in Lilongwe.

This hotel needs a good coat of paint from the front gate and inside. The capets are threadbare The hotel does not deserve a four star rating as it desperately needs to be upgraded Eating area is dark and depressing

The staff was very nice and always helpful. Room was clean, I had a hot shower and a good night sleep. The breakfast was good, hot and cold dishes as well as fruits and juice. Restaurant was a bit limited in options. The hotel offers an excellent location for the SoSoSo coaches (they leave just across the street) and a lot of shops, ATM and transport options.

I liked the Room. It was clean and neat and everything functioned well. The Hot shower. really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are also very spacious that i was able to do my work without any difficulties. The Bathroom was always clean. The staff are very friendly and always available to help especially Mark he was there any time to help even with directions to the shops, he was very helpful. The location is very good right in the Centre of Lilongwe city. The only thing i didn't enjoy is the Breakfast. it was even hard to choose what to eat as everyday you could see similar food stuff. like Boiled potatoes and Eggs. i loved the fruits but if the can do more about this. Will surely be back!
