It is one of the oldest 5-star hotels in the center of old Lima city. Location it is the best choice, but the traffic and security near the hotel is not that good.

Location good, but traffic big problem Service bad, the reception lady not professional, they charged me extra laundry cost by mistake but not return back my money, unhappy Breakfast no good Will not stay here again

The room is big & very clean ,The reception people are super nice there also ,except the air conditioner is little noisy ,others are all perfect ,especially the buffet ,it's very delicious.I will come back very soon!

Hotel location for us was great! 15 minutes to Airport and 2 min walk to Mall. Centrally located to Colonial Lima, Churches/SFO Convent/Catacombs, and restaurants.

The facility and location is indeed good. But I had a terrible experience regarding the booking and the payment. I already made the prepaid payment and it was deducted in my account already. The hotel asked for a guarantee payment since they did not receive the payment from trip. Until now, I’m still waiting for the refund of the guarantee payment from the hotel. It seems that Sheraton and Trip are coordinating very slow. Still waiting for the refund.

酒店地理位置不錯， 對面我們猜是法院， 旁邊有個商場很熱鬧， 去武器廣場走路30分鐘左右。 但是服務一般， 出發前諮詢酒店是否有接機服務， 這個回覆還挺快的， 説有要根據車的大小收錢。 自從我回復了好的要預訂接機服務並且提供了航班訊息以後就再也沒有人回郵件了， 後來發了兩封郵件確認也沒有回覆， 電話永遠沒人接， 找了攜程幫忙聯繫也聯繫不上。 當然在利馬用Uber不難， 可以自己安排， 但是服務確實沒達到水準。
