Well-located very close to Kennedy Park. Only a short walk from the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you could need.

-12.11779°, -77.02732° Located in the heart of Miraflores, close to Kennedy Park, restaurants, shops and the craft market. It is considered a safe and convenient neighbourhood to walk around. The hotel has a lift and 5 rooms on each floor with exterior window. The hotel offers luggage storage. In April 2025, our room 303 (3F) was clean and had a comfortable double bed with a noisy air conditioner and good Wi-Fi-reception. Our outside window had no view. Maintenance could be better. Breakfast buffet was empty and it the staff took a long time for to replenish it. Options are limited. Mariel Hotel is a simple hotel in a safe neighbourhood of Lima.

Stayed for two nights, nice location on a quiet side street just north of park Kennedy. Close to everything. Front desk personnel on all shifts were excellent. On arrival I had a problem with the air conditioning and front desk person was up to my room within a minute. Checked the unit and asked if he could switch my room. Explaining everything that I had breakfast included and that was located of a different floor from the reception. I chose a American breakfast the fried egg was excellent salted and fried. Potatoes were with fried onion and rosemary good taste but cold both days. The room large king bed fresh cleaned sheets and comfortable. The floor was a bit dirty didn’t want to walk barefoot and the room needs bathroom door painted pealing and rust also on the towel racks. But you get good value for your money here. The other parts of the hotel were well maintained and clean.

During my time in Lima I stayed in several different hotels in the same price range. No doubt that this hotel was the WORST. Pros: - Very well located - Friendly staff Cons: - One day, after room cleaning service, no towels were left. I called to reception and they told me there was a problem and that towels won’t be provided until next day to the whole hotel. - No restaurant in the hotel (only for breakfast). Other hotels in the same price range do have. - Very basic two options and tasteless breakfast every day. I had to take a second breakfast always somewhere else. - Every shower flooded the bathroom for a long time. - Almost imposible to regulate hot water in the shower. You could only only get very cold water or very hot. - Pillows had a terrible yellowish color.

Room was OK, but had to wait nearly 45 minutes for breakfast! It seams the kitchen has not enough workers. We really had to wait a long time (45 mins) for the breakfast. Further, the fruit salad is also not delivered as promised. We expected more than this. Sorry.

Das Hotel liegt günstig und zentral. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr laut, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster. Wenn man es nicht verträgt die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht laufen zu lassen, ist es in den Zimmern unfassbar warm. Das Frühstück war toll angerichtet, der Kellner sehr nett. Allerdings war das Frühstück zum mitnehmen nicht gut. Einfach lieblos ein trockenes Brötchen in eine Tüte geworfen.

El muchacho de housekeeping hurtó nuestro dinero el día que hicimos check in, corroboramos con las cámaras de seguridad y aún así, lo negó. Le sorprendimos entrando a la habitación esa misma tarde cuando nosotras estábamos dentro y manifestó que venía a hacer la limpieza cuando la habitación ya estaba “limpia”. El día de check out también intentó tomar mis AirPods. Hicimos la queja en front desk y revisamos las cámaras y él menciona no haber entrado cuando las cámaras muestran todo lo contrario y después admitió haberlos escondido sin embargo el hotel no nos dio ninguna solución por el hurto de dinero.

En las cámaras no se vio nada de lo contrario hubiéramos asumido la pérdida la cual no tiene por qué haber sido en el Hotel nunca hemos tenido esos problemas en más de 10 años si lee nuestros comentarios. Al contrario tenemos muy buena puntuación por la excelente ubicación y servicio a un precio justo

Wir waren hier 2 Nächte im Rahmen einer Rundreise. Das Hotel liegt zentral im Bezirk Miraflores, einer sicheren Gegend mit vielen offiziellen Gebäuden, Shops, Restaurants . Ist sicher eine teure Wohngegend, denn die Polizei ist hier sehr präsent. Das Hotel ist modern und die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Gleich um die Ecke neben dem Hotel Britannia ist eine kleiner Lebensmittel Laden bei dem man gut und günstig einkaufen kann. Das Meer ist in ca 15 min zu Fuss erreichbar, Dort ist auch das Shoppingcenter Larcomar, mit vielen Markengeschäften, insbesondere Sport und Outdoor.

Hotel bem localizado. Café da manhã horrível, não repõem nada, falta tudo, e fraquíssimo. Chegamos 1:30hs antes do término do café e não tinha mais suco, frutas, frios, omelete, bolo, nada. Somente pão (doce) e manteiga. Os empregados falaram que não tinha mais nada. Começaram a chegar mais hóspedes e reclamar também. E isso não aconteceu só um dia, durante a hospedagem toda foi assim.
