Excelente la atención, la habitación muy pequeña, la ducha estaba tapada. Lo demás bien.

這家酒店位於貧民窟，門口經常可以看到無家可歸的人。酒店顯得有些陳舊，大堂到一樓沒有電梯，而二樓以上的電梯又狹小。此外，玻璃窗的隔音效果很差，外面的噪音極大，嚴重影響了休息。因此，我不建議選擇這家酒店入住。

各方面都還不錯，要是早餐再豐富一些就更好了，早餐額外收費較貴，一個人，59祕魯索爾。

就是早餐一般不怎麼好吃，建議早餐多元化一下，多搞一些華人可以吃的，房間的燈不夠亮。

房間很好，外面的街道有點吵，但是關上窗户很安靜

都是很老的酒店，很久沒有維護了

The hotel was clean, but there is a lot of noise from the street, They could not put me in a better room, I decided to move another hotel, they never give me a refund, they charged me full days. The location it's good, the attention was great, it's clean, I stay there at least for the past 8 years, however it's the 1st time I got a room on the 5th floor with a window to the street, it's a disaster, because the noises was in my room. The manager never want to help me at all, at the contrary was very nasty.

Spent two weeks here, and they were pleasant. comfortable linens and bed along with well designed interiors. Staff were always present and attentive. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, right off Lima's 10k long green belt way. Easy access to public transportation via their railway. Secure parking garage was excellent. Gym provided just the right amount of equipment. Breakfast was abundant with options. Dry cleaning service was great as well.

Very clean environment, great people and amazing amenities. Customer reps are always on top of customer needs. The breakfast is excellent as well as the service. Additionally, rooms are very clean, and the environment is relaxed out of sounds. Hotel is close to many amenities and restaurants on hands.

Excelente ubicación , agradable servicio y comodidad, recomendable para quedarse hospedado , sin duda alguna un buen hotel al que podemos visitar ... los precios son estimados normal por la zona de ubicación, lo recomiendo,

Realice una consulta vía telefónica de la tarifa, al llegar me dieron un precio superior. Al reclamar me respetaron la tarifa que me dijeron inicialmente. Me quede la noche de 29 de julio. El hotel es bonito y nuevo, sus instalaciones son cómodas. El gran problema es el servicio, al ingresar pago adelantado ¿?, al salir por primera vez nos hicieron regresar de la puerta del hotel hacia recepción donde nos dijeron que tenían que ver el consumo del frío bar antes de dejarnos salir, le pregunté el porqué? Me dijeron que no habían visto nuestro equipaje, cuando habíamos bajado con dos maletas y mi camioneta estaba en su cochera (yo estaba saliendo en taxi). Al día siguiente fue igual, es más me dijeron que debía dejar la tarjeta de la habitación como si fuese una llave. Pero lo peor fue la DESAPARICIÓN de la habitación de una CHOMPA Tommy recién comprada (de la habitación). Realice llamadas a recepción y administración pero solo atinaron a preguntar al encargado de servicio. En resumen este hotel queda vetado para mí, NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Excelente atención y apoyo por el personal del hotel durante el alojamiento. Pudimos imprimir documentos importantes que nos sirvieron para nuestras reuniones de trabajo. Muchas gracias por el servicio y apoyo durante nuestra visita al Hotel.
