Lovely clean hotel, modern. Pools clean. Plenty of space and outdoor seating/sunbeds available. All the staff helpful and pleasant on interactions. Shout out to Manos on the bar! Always cheerful and makes a great cocktail. Cleaning staff made sure rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was great value and good selection of choices throughout the week.

Came here with friends for a week.All staff were great and very friendly from as soon as we got into the hotel till the moment we were due to leave for our transport.Even when we had issues with fights home the team at reception were great .food and drinks were great and the surroundings area was nice and would be even better in the main season for visiting.

Great staff, so friendly and helpful. Clean room service everyday. Food and drinks are standard for a 3 star all inclusive. Entertainment twice per week and was great fun to get involved with. Great location for food and drinks. Beautiful place to visit. I would highly recommend renting a car to visit the famous beaches as its 3 hour drive from this location.

OK this hotel has small showers and the pool is very cold however the staff are absolutely fantastic they are very friendly and helpful the drink selection is great the food was really good hotel is very clean and a great location to everything I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice quiet holiday there is limited entertainment however the Irish bar just 10 minutes away is a great night's fun this hotel for me is a easy 9/10

Room was functional and beds were soft and clean. Plenty of sockets for appliances. Kettle, cups and fridge in wardrobe was a nice bonus. Aircon was easy to use and understand. Bathroom was small, but functional and shower was quite powerful. Requested mountain view with balcony and this was exactly what we got. The staff were friendly and our late checkout accommodated and the fee was reasonable. The breakfast was plentyful and lots of variety. Main street was only a few mins walk away and roads were well maintained. Plenty of places to eat and drink and the beach was 5mins from the hotel. Only thing I would suggest is perhaps the hotel could supply a bin as we filled up a bag with rubbish, but this didn't detract from our stay. Would definitely go back.

Apart from the weather we had a fantastic time at City Green, couldn’t fault anything ( especially loved the staff, the beds were comfy, the Greek salad, tzatziki and the puddings were on another level) if I had to complain it would be that the bathroom was tiny but the shower was hot and powerful.

Had a weeks stay here, if u don’t like noise early in morning don’t be on 3rd floor under the restaurant🤣other than that the hotel is incredible staff are very friendly and helpful with anything u need from them! Unfortunately weather hasn’t been on our side this week but it’s defo a nice enough hotel to chill out at and plenty of cover if u still want to stay t at the pool side bar!!

Very poor hotel, very small and barely any areas in a hotel to spend time in. Rooms were okay, but bathroom was tiny with shower being so small, the grim shower curtain would stick to you as you were showering! Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, bar was empty a lot and we had to wait around to even get served, no enthusiasm from any workers, not even reception. In terms of the ‘pool bar’ it you wanted to chill there in the evening you would have to sit there from early, when we would come down in the evening we had to sit with other guests and ‘enjoy’ the drinks sat on sun loungers around the pool because the pool bar area has maybe like 6 tables for the whole hotel! Food uneatable, the buffet also stunk which put us off completely for the remainder of the trip. We ate at a doner place every night to avoid the hotels food which completely wasted our money on all inclusive. Not sure where the good reviews come from, maybe first time holiday goers but even for a girls budget holiday this hotel was too low in standard and has absolutely nothing to offer other than a good location. How is it a 4 star hotel? I have no idea, i would give it a 2 at max. Would not recommend at all!

This was a birthday treat for my 50th birthday. Myself and my husband have had an amazing time. Staff are so friendly and are happy to help with any concerns. Ours only really being we needed more pillows which were placed in our room within no time. Food was nice with various selections, my husband is a fussy eater but there was always something there he liked. The hotel on a whole is very clean and smells lovely. The hotel is situated near to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops so it's great if you want to explore. We would also recommend the rescue aquarium which is about a 10 minute walk. We would definitely come back 😊
