Place is centrally located easy access to everything

The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to everything. The only disappointment was the breakfast, otherwise it’s a perfect stay.

We came to this hotel to attend a gig at (the stadium) the location was excellent, perfect for us to walk into town and then onto the venue which was exactly what we were after. There were also good bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The room was clean and very spacious with a nice bathroom and shower. The staff were helpful with recommendations for places to go too and we enjoyed exactly the experience we required for our weekend.

The room at the hotel was quite nice and the location was okay. The parking lot was just behind the hotel - very convenient. We asked for a room facing the river and the check in staff said we were in luck. The room had a queen bed, comfortable and clean. For a big fellow the shower/tub was a bit confined but the water was hot. Facing the river ensured it was quiet. Breakfast was included and it was your standard fare but the wait staff could be a bit more pleasant!!!

Great room with great view very spacious and comfy .Just a quick mention for Olivia in the bar who went that extra mile to help My partner and I out the review is based on this so hopefully the morning service will live up to her standards ,great customer service Welll done

The hotel is located on the River Shannon, so the views are magnificent! There is a small pub and breakfast downstairs. Out back is a cleaner/laundry, Hangers, with great service! The big bus tours use this hotel, so breakfast is super loud. Plenty of options close by.

I stayed here for one night while on tour of Ireland. Rooms were spotless, roomy, lovely toiletries. The view from the room of the river fabulous. Breakfast was awesome huge variety of hot and cold food. Staff very professional, accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended. The male reception staff parked his red vehicle in bus zone out front of hotel, the tour bus unable to park bus to offload luggage and guests. The reception male staff was rude to driver and relunctant to move his car illegally parked. Eventually we moved witches hats he put around his car and bus was able to park to allow us to alight safely from the tour bus and obtain luggage to check in. Very rude and very entitled male reception staff.

Had a family bereavement, informed Agoda, then the hotel who said they understood the situation (spoke with receptionist then the manager) but I needed to go through Agoda which I did again. The hotel obviously took the easy option and told Agoda no. So Despite notice and Explanation of situation, they wouldn’t refund/partial refund. I’ll say upfront they’re entitled to this but given the circumstances, its disappointing they didnt show some goodwill. I guess they don’t have to. Won’t use them again

Bar opened and closed when they felt like it. Kids running amuck on floor 2 messing with the lifts. Heavy curtains in the room badly stained. Within walking distance to everything. Soup of the day was the same for the 3 days we stayed. Night porter was a sweetheart.
