We recieved the warmest of welcomes from Sharon when we arrived. Called us by our first names and gave us a full explanation of the hotel and it's facilities. The room was elegant, the hand written card beside the bed was a lovely personal touch. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and a very relaxed vibe throughout the hotel. The parlour room is like being in the most stylish living room, with endless amounts of complementary tea, coffee, still and sparkling water, chocolates and wine. The gym and steam room are available from 5am to 11pm unfortunately we ran out of time to avail on them. The breakfast was amazing, great choice and excellent service. This hotel is a gem in Limerick, fantastic location and from start to finish I couldn't recommend it enough. Every single staff member was helpful, pleasant and polite. Well done to you all on your professionalism and standard of service you provide

The Bedford Townhouse is in a great location in Limerick, very stylish and modern rooms. Comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, also an amazing breakfast ( i especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee ) that is served to your table with lovely friendly staff. 10/10. Fab boutique hotel in the centre of Limerick. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, comfy bed and lovely shower. Check-in was easy, super flexible and everything explained. Breakfast (full Irish) was brilliant and again the folks were super flexible and helpful so I could eat early and get on my way to the train. Highly recommended

The small hotel is located in the small pedestrian area in down town Limerick. noteable was the warm welcome and the extended information we received as er check in. The hotel was newly renovated, with a decent size of the hotel room. It also has a "living room" with free tea and coffee and a gym. Even so that the gym looked more as a storage room. Breakfast is served in a small cafe belonging to the hotel. So you could order breakfast a la carte, which we did and everything which we got was good and tasty. So Limerick is a nice town and if you decide to stay in this town the hotel is a good choice.

Everything was lovely!! Definitely would stay here again. We were greeted with such warmth and hospitality and even got into our room a bit early. We had flown into Shannon and arrived early in the morning. We had breakfast in the Cafe and it was absolutely delicious. The Bedford Townhouse was centrally located to shops and a close walk to the Cathedral of St Mary and St John's Castle. The room was beautifully decorated, relaxing, clean and a perfect respite after an overnight flight from Massachusetts to Ireland. Sharron, the manager, was so attentive and helpful. My husband and I cannot say enough about the place and the people.

This was such a quaint hotel located super close to everything including the busses. Kathy, who checked us in, as well as the other staff were so kind and wonderful. From offering directions to calming me down after a harried bus ride, she was just fantastic.

I cannot recommend The Bedford Townhouse enough. Cathy and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed to celebrate our anniversary and little extra touches made it extra special. The rooms are really well appointed and the beds are the most comfortable I've ever experienced. There's also air conditioning. The breakfast that was included was fresh and very tasty, with a great selection. I will definitely be returning.
