酒店沒有電梯，住在三樓，行李要自己扛上去！半夜被蚊子咬醒多次，居然在房間裏打死八衹蚊子！早餐吃的品種少的可憐！

Nous avons bien aimé le concept de cet appartement-hôtel. La déco est moderne, et on trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour se préparer à manger sur place. À noter dans l'appartement #31 lors de notre séjour : il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude à l'évier de la cuisine, et il n'y avait plus de sel dans la salière.
Literie et linge de toilette haut de gamme.

High quality furnishings, well equipped rooms, good value, very clean/new, little if any road noise. Comparable in price/ease of late cancellation to an Ibis express but much better quality and felt more personal despite not actually meeting anyone. The unusual part is checkin uses a website (not an app) to open the doors, so you are reliant on having your phone at all times. The decor is modern, high quality, great shower, bathroom. Windows had a rolling shutter which was very effective rather than a curtain. USB sockets in the room. Breakfast is a buffet 7-9am - you help yourself and put the dishes in the dishwasher. There is a pleasant lounge with free coffee/tea etc during the day, and a veranda to sit/eat outside in the summer. Location is very central - easy walk to many restaurants. No lift, so climb up three floors with several fire doors in between.

There is no laundry facilities. No washer or dryer. La buanderie only has extra towels, soaps, etc… this is lost in translation. We were disappointed as we were half way thru our trip and booked this thinking we could do our laundry.

Smooth checkin, staff not 24/7, stains found
The stay is well, checked in over the phone smoothly, room condition is good and tidy. Pros:
Extra items are accessible at basement for self service (toothbrushes, cotton pads, sanitary products, extra towels/ pillows); good kitchen space; limited but enough breakfast items; noice isolating is good (or no one is living next door)
Cons:
Some minor stains on pillow case/ towels/ toilet tissue rollw. Staff are not accessible 24/7, they would be working on normal working hours only (starts replying at about 9am); Hot water goes cold after 15 minutes into shower; after paying €20 for delayed check out, the access code on phone has disappeared, have to call the contact number to re-enter the room after 12pm.

We made a very last minute booking at La Loge Gogaille and we were delightfully surprised by a beautiful home away from home in Limoges. The hotel is beautiful outside as well as inside. The decor is very tasteful and cleanliness is top notch. The hotel operates on a B&B basis with an express delicious cafe+croissant breakfast. I must say that the croissant was exceptional. If you are visiting Limoges and want to stay in a special place, Gogaille is definitely a place worth trying. We are planning to try the Gogaille restaurant next time we are in Limoges. If the restaurant is as high quality as the hotel, I'm sure it will be a feast for our taste buds.

Located away from the bustling streets but not far from the popular sights, this hotel is in a good spot and easy to use for a short stay. Room was snug but worked fine for a night. If staying longer, recommend getting a good sized room as some are on the smaller side. Check-in is digital which didn't work at first as you need to use your phone and app to get into the building and room as there's no reception. Luckily, the help line via phone was able to help resolve the issue. Just ensure you have a functioning phone to enter the hotel as you'll need to use the app. Parking is hit or miss in the surrounding streets, but location was solid.
