The complex includes a free round-trip shuttle to Loon Mountain, heated indoor pool and hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, 3 saunas, a racquetball court, game room, credit card operated on-site laundry, and more. You’ll be just a short walk to lots of great dining options and attractions and a short drive to Loon Mountain, Clarks Trading Post, Echo Lake, Whale’s Tale Waterpark, hiking and biking trails, fishing, ziplining, and so much more. Our Welcome Guest Handbook provided in the unit will have all the info you’ll need to have a 5-star stay! The space The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and walk-out balcony. The master bedroom features a King size bed, wall mounted flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, en suite full bathroom, and access to the balcony. You can find a new Queen Serta air mattress stored in the master walk-in closet as well for extra sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed, Twin over Twin bunk beds, wall mounted flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and access to the main bathroom. Both bathrooms are supplied with shower and hand towels, toilet paper, blow dryer, and full shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. The newly-furnished living room is super cozy and comfortable and features a sofa and loveseat set, wall mounted 55” Samsung Smart TV, gas fireplace, AC unit, and access to the balcony. The dining room offers seating for 6 guests with additional seating for 3 at the eat-in kitchen bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc., toaster oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Other things to note: Free WiFi is available in the unit. Free on-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. The TVs all have cable and you can log into your personal accounts like Netflix, Hulu, etc. on the Smart TV in the living room (just remember to sign out before check-out!). We provide extra towels for guests that can be used for the pool. There are some board games located in the TV stand. Detergent and dryer sheets are not supplied for the on-site laundry. The unit is professionally cleaned after each stay and new linens and towels are provided. Upon request, we will do our best to accommodate early check-ins so long as the unit is ready. *We are open to long-term stays for the winter season, inquire if interested (discounts available)! Guest access Guests are welcome to use everything in the condo and all amenities our complex offers. Take advantage of the free shuttle that runs in the winter on weekends and holidays from our complex to and from Loon Mountain. Enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub as well as a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub. There is a grilling area in the back parking lot that guests can utilize (bring your own charcoal). The first floor has a large arcade and game room with ping pong, pool table, foosball, air hockey, and more.
