RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain

My daughter had the very 1st wedding here in Sept 2024. We all were so grateful for an extraordinary experinence the entire weekend. My daughter wanted a campus setting wedding and Riverwalk was PERFECT. Debi and Mark were great to work with for the reception and the rehersal dinner. Debi went above & beyond not only for the wedding event itself but also prior to the event. The venue, the atmosphere, the staff, the entire experience was more than we could have ever dreamed of. I HIGHLY recommend that any bride considering having their wedding here should make Riverwalk Resort the very top of their list. We could not be any happier. TY!!!

We always love coming to Riverwalk. We’ve been coming here since they first opened. The views are beautiful and the pool is amazing. This visit we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which is plenty of room for our family. Unfortunately, I did notice some wear and tear, which is going to happen when the resort gets older. But, I would expect some things to be fixed or cleaned up. For example, the balcony had a ton of spiders and bugs either dead or living hanging out, they should really give it a good washing. The balcony floor had some left over cereal from the previous guest on it. The slider was off the track and very hard to open, also some holes in the screen as well. And some things here and there as well. I know they just build a beautiful brand new area of the resort, I just hope they don’t forget about the maintenance needed for the other rooms as well. I will say…I was really surprised they didn’t build some kind of “on the go” mart on the new side of the building with stuff for sale like drip coffees, sandwiches, cereals, pastries, souvenirs etc. Not having to leave the resort to get those things would be amazing. But, I think I have high expectations because we always travel to Disney Resorts and that’s how it is there Either way, we had a great time.

We love this resort so much and stay as much as possible. We hang outside at the pool and on our balcony enjoying the beautiful view. So relaxing to sit at the fire pit. We walked on the trail and just had the best time even though the weather was not the usual summer hot. Love the unit and can't wait to come back again! We already booked for next summer!

Perfect location for dozens of small trips, whether you want to hike or chill out. The views were gorgeous and the property was clean and quiet. There were plenty of places to eat and drink within 10 minutes. The gondola up to the summit was a great ride, too. Beautiful views all around.

We chose RiverWalk for a one night stay before a long hike in the Whites. Why? Because it was close to the trailhead and, importantly, each room has individually controllable ac. Our room was a comfy 64 degrees when we went to bed. At 3am, however, it was 72 degrees, impossible for sleeping, doubly so since we have a medical need to keep our sleeping space extra cool. As a retired techie, I tried every trick to reboot the ac, doing everything that the night manager would have done had I called him. No luck. Don't stay here if you anticipate a cool night's sleep.

All was great. Beds very comfortable as were pull out couches. Great furnishings. Views from both sides of hotel great though might have preferred south mountain orientation. Decks/terraces made enjoying fresh NH air possible. Can’t wait to return!

Great hotel for our trip to see Arcadia and the white mountains. Nice amenities and good standard. Kitchenette very well equipped to make own breakfast. Only downside: you can hear the neighbors in case you have a Room with a connecting door.

Amazing resort with amazing amenities and food. We just got back from a two night stay . This is our third time back and we won’t go anywhere else . The rooms are impeccable. The Resturant’s on site are amazing with great service . We will be back !!

There is zero service at this place. Front desk staff will not assist, housekeeping is non responsive and does not actually take care of your room, guest services manager Amy also non-responsive, and GM Renee no where to be found. At the prices they’re charging they should be ashamed of themselves. Everyone pushed you to someone else instead of helping you and management is non-existent. I had an elderly and disable family member with me - we ended up cutting out trip short and just heading home.
