Xiangshui Bay ARK·Yuehai No.1 Seaview Hotel recensioner

The hotel is rather small and built in Tuscan style. nice pool, nice sea view and good beach. The breakfast is not special, there is no juice. The fan in the room is very loud and at night the engine noise of the fishing boats is disturbing. 10 minute walk to many restaurants

The good: The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it. The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night. Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning. There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it. There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants. The pool is very nice but isn't heated. You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote. The bad: You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea. The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot. The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room. There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food. There's no breathing in the rooms. Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited. There is a gym but with limited equipment.

fabulous this resort even it's getting much old from the past years of pandemic but the family room is good to live with a super big the terrace appx 30sqm, good sea view and beach side

Beautiful stunning villa ,we originally booked for 1 night , ended up 3 nights . Front desk were super helpful and friendly . The quality of breakfast was average considering the price of the room and overall hotel standard . The hotel restaurant food was overpriced and overcooked fish , very disappointed. My partner and I wanted a coffee in the evening , we had to wait for the restaurant to open to buy one , these are the additional details of a hotel service that I expected to be part of our stay , as the hotel sells itself on a luxury standard. Small details makes all the difference and does not cost much , overall beautiful place , fantastic location, great front desk staff

I only stayed here for one night, but it was amazing. The staff was super helpful. I can’t speak Chinese and they were very patient with me. The room was super clean and the beach is just 50m from the hotel. Nice and secluded, not busy at all and the most beautiful views.

環境很好，我們的房間離沙灘非常近，酒店也很安靜，海水很藍，沙質也很不錯，酒店服務也很好，工作人員合理安排別墅的分配，公共區域很大，不會相互打擾，酒店的餐廳是這次最大的亮點，口味很好價格公道，非常滿意👍

度假氛圍很不錯的酒店，春節期間人不多，工作人員在崗位上認真工作，服務很熱情，有問題及時解決，泳池維護的很不錯，水很乾凈，還給我升級到別墅海景大床房，離海邊很近，值得推薦🏝️⛱️

朋友推薦的一家酒店，入住兩日感覺很好。正好遇上酒店下午老爸茶對摺，人均20元就可以吃到好幾種茶點。下午茶後下樓去到海灘拍照，隨手拍都是大片。酒店不遠的小鎮上有幾家不錯的海鮮飯店，四人600左右就可以吃到四五道海鮮，量大味美，尤其是美人腿螺和石頭蟹，是我最喜歡的。下次天在熱些可以體驗沖浪，香水灣的海是目前幾個海灘點最漂亮的，喜歡拍照的寶子們建議來此地。

我天！我遇到了住過最好的酒店！ 前台小符，我要好好認真誇一誇，服務真的也太好了吧～～～～幫我們解決一切難題，服務無敵周到，直接把行李幫我們推到了房間裏，又熱情，又貼心，又可愛。ARK你有這樣的員工你做什麼都會成功的！趕緊給小符升職！～ 還有鄭啟發小哥，也非常周到熱情，服務特別到位，也幫我們把箱子推到了房間，給我們帶路。 酒店離沙灘50米，環境幽靜，樹蔭草坪環繞，還有安靜細膩的白沙灘，早晨我們去看了日出，簡直絕絕子，正對着紅紅的朝陽。 這個酒店給我們的印象太好了，下次一定還來🥰🥰🥰 贊贊贊一百個贊

酒店位於香水灣，酒店、房間的景色非常好，有公共沙灘可以直接去，挺藍的。人比較少，性價比也很高，可以在房間看日出，不比三亞的那些差。不過周邊沒怎麼開發，吃飯什麼的比較麻煩要開車到縣城的海韻廣場去吃。前台小哥哥小姐姐服務非常好👍。

酒店不大，環境很好，非常安靜，出門就能看見海，有人專門在拍婚紗，遇到了正在搭建舞台施工佔用了較大活動場地，其他各方面都很滿意，下次還會再來

房間很乾凈，入住兩晚工作人員都很友善，打電話讓送冰送水都很快，謝謝！酒店後面就是沙灘，走幾步就到，值得再來

此行最驚喜的寶藏酒店，看得出裝修設計的高級厚重和品味，離海邊非常近，服務人性化，太有性價比，如果不漲價下次還來😊
