Vaperse Hainan Clear Water Bay recensioner

Vaperse is a locally styled family friendly hotel. It comes with a splash park, a small water park with moderately exciting slides, as well as an indoor soft play room. The rooms are well appointed though the decor is quite loud and flamboyant. The ice bar at the lobby comes with decently priced drinks and live music in the evening. I would recommend this hotel for families with children.

Very very good hotel, one of the bast in Sanya. Second year we stay there , very good service. Good beach. Breakfast is ok. Dinner one of the best and good price!

Our stay was absolute joy! The staff, rooms, restaurant, facilities, pools were all superb. I've never stayed at a hotel with friendlier, more helpful staff. Everyone from the cleaners to the reception staff would greet you with a polite "你好". Friendly staff make a huge difference!! I want to mention the Room Manager Aya who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My family and I would 100% go back. Thank you everyone at Vaperse for the wonderful experience!

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a full payment through Trip.com at the time of reservation for 3 rooms, the hotel staff demanded another full payment upon our arrival. Even after checking out of the hotel on November 21st 2024, I have yet to receive a full refund from Trip.com, as the hotel staff had assured us. This lack of professionalism and transparency caused unnecessary stress during our stay. Furthermore, the security guard refused to let us alight at the main driveway in front of the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage, claiming that it would "block the hotel’s feng shui" as per their boss’s instructions. However, we observed many other cars and guests doing so. This left us scrambling to find an alternative while managing our heavy bags to check into the hotel. Such behaviour is not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. We will avoid staying at this hotel in the future.

Nice hotel with lots of good facilities really suitable for travel with kids. But seems like designated for local travellers not foreigners.

This hotel is very big - suitable for family. My kid loves the pool and the indoor playground. The staff is very friendly. Our check in staff Eva was very helpful throughout our stay. A couple things: if you are looking for an American resort, this isn’t your place. It’s full of local people. Also there is some renovations going on currently.

Room was spacious and clean. Lots of activities for children, indoor playground was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. We had a wonderful stay in Vaperse!

Surprisingly good hotel with fair price for Hainan. Very good breakfast, nice pool for children and adults. Close to beautiful and sandy beach

Отель шикарный 👍 Еще раз приеду. Был проездом , его выбрал первым! Очень понравился сервис! Сам отель просто классный и номера ! Ребенок не вылазил с аквапарка и сам тоже ! В нем только Китайцы, Европейцев и Русских не было совсем. Были мы три ночи. Рядом можно погулять или на такси 12 юаней. Ресторанов много. Советую 100%

昨天帶着寶貝入住威珀斯酒店 寶貝玩的可開心了 酒店很大 有各種親子項目 西翼一樓有一個小童樂園裡麪很大 每天都有日常活動 適合寶寶玩 水世界超級好玩寶寶可喜歡了 V樂園裡的艷栩姐姐特別温柔 對小朋友可有耐心了 下次還要再入住威珀斯酒店！

非常滿意的旅行，非常適合帶孩子短途度假期娛樂設備室內水上都有自己沙灘是我見過最軟的沙就跟麪粉似的～還有服務也特別好原本我們的孩子超標準了，管家小艷特地幫申請了孩子的早餐。非常感謝，也非常滿意，除了價錢貴一切都好😄😀

住了2天，第一天至尊海景大床房，第二天是升級泳池海景大床房，非常滿意 入住前一天，酒店聯繫我，加上了管家小王的微信，管家貼心的為小朋友準備了小童睡衣、小童牙具、游泳用的臂環，服務非常周到；並提供酒店餐飲、親子遊玩的時間和位置訊息攻略。有任何問題，管家回覆及時，特別周到 第一天，體驗課小童樂園，小童水寨和主泳池，孩子玩的很開心，晚餐吃的椰子雞自助餐，口味非常好；早餐自助也很豐盛，口味不錯。 第二天，升級的泳池海景大床房太讚了，協助房型升級的值班經理還給小朋友準備了一個泳圈，特別貼心。晚上去了樓頂無邊泳池，到10點，特別爽。第二天去了小童水世界，也很不錯，管家小王安排了延遲2小時退房，午飯是在房間吃的，吹着海風吃飯，很舒服。 另外特別感謝前台，我的貴重物品落在前台，幫我及時送到客房了，特別好。 我們全家人這次酒店之旅都非常滿意！
