SPECTACULAR !!!!!!!! This hotel is a five star facility. The staff is so amazingly trained and polite. The property is perfectly manicured and private….if you desire privacy..this is your place.

Just WOW! 10/10 for absolutely everything. The accommodation: we stayed at one of the Lodges & my word it was beautiful! We had our own private pool & sauna. I really liked the view we had of Mount Etna. We were really shocked at the volcano “grumbling” but that was an experience in itself!! The room was immaculate, cleaned once per day & someone comes around on the evening to ensure you have everything. Room service available! If you want to go into the local town, the hotel can take you and pick you up. We didn’t bother as we were just enjoying the hotel! The spa looked great - we didn’t bother using this however due to having similar facilities in our lodge. Nothing, I mean nothing is too much to ask for. The service was impeccable- personalised & all the staff knew who was staying where. I am GF and they catered for this without issue. The breakfast is so nice worth getting up for, plenty of options! We will 100% be returning! Oh, and one more thing .. the WINE .. just beautiful

Spent a few days away with my wife first week of July and would have to say it was probably the most relaxed break I have ever had. Hot weather meant, apart from an drive to Taormina one evening, we sent many hours lounging by the large pool which was never busy, treating ourselves to treatments in the quiet spa, indulging one evening in the tasting menu in the restaurant, having lunch under the olive trees served by the charmingly attentive Salvo enjoying the lovely local wines and genuinely unwinding. As it would be too indulgent to dine in the restaurant every night we drove to nearby restaurants with splendid views on the slopes of Mount Etna and in the sleepy town of Linguaglossa and didn't have one poor meal. Small comments: The hotel bar is situated in reception and lacks any sense of ambience. Luckily with the lovely hot weather meant we could always drink outside. The hotel would benefit from other menu options of an evening as although splendid the main Restaurant is a little posh to dine in every evening. You do need a car to venture anywhere outside the hotel. All in all a lovely hotel with excellent staff in a fabulous part of the world.

We were lucky enough to stay in a lodge at this property. It was stunning with its own garden & views across the vineyards to Etna. Short stroll to the hotel for breakfast & dinner. Dinner was a luxury experience with great food & service. Breakfast offered a stunning buffet with eggs cooked to order. We are already looking to rebook next year. We feel in love with Sicily & Villa Neri.

An exceptional property, friendly staff/the famous Italian hospitality, delicious food/wine, ambience, beautiful rooms and breakfast, it has everything. Dreamy place to lie by the pool with views of Mt Etna. Thanks for a brilliant stay! We’ll be back…

We checked into this hotel for six nights on our honeymoon in Sicily in July 2024. Whilst the general condition of the hotel lobby and bedrooms were okay, the safety of the pool area and the hospitality is the worst I’ve ever experienced. On our first day our 11 year old son who was with us, jumped into the pool and accidentally landed on the step causing a severe cut to his shin. There were no staff around and we were searching the unattended mini bar by the pool in an attempt to find some ice for his leg. Some 7 months later, he still has a sever gash to his shin. At breakfast the chef was nowhere to be seen and the one and only waitress had to go looking for him to make some eggs. The selection and quality of the food was beyond poor. The hotel felt like the Marie Celeste there was one receptionist one waitress and they were doing the job of everybody concerned. Feeling highly unsatisfied with our stay and the service we were receiving, we opted to check out two nights early. The management agreed and verified in an email that they would refund us for one of these nights as a goodwill gesture via bank transfer. I provided my bank details and on return to the UK, I followed up this refund only to be told that they would not be refunding our money and they did not care - completely reigning on the agreement and the trust that we placed in them. I’m now in pursuit of this refund via our credit card company but I urge you to stay away from such a dishonest hotel which has seen better days. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
