Solano Hotel recensioner

Service is good and people are nice and polite. The place is clean. The refreshments makes you feel welcome. Coffee shop doesn’t open early though and there’s no pool but they said we can use the pool in the other branch without charge which is good.

This is our second room. It’s quite smaller than our first room but still the same service we received. On our second day, we went swimming. But the only con was the pool area is in different location and the pool is not heated. After 6pm,no more hotel driver available. So we dont have a choice but to ride in a tricycle just to get there. But then, there is a staff who assisted us and gave us fresh towels. I just hope that they will have a driver until 9pm. Because they said that the pool use is until 9pm. But then, we enjoyed our experience and surely would comeback here.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Nice facilities all good. They have a heater in the shower room that's what I love. The place is accessible to the mall and busses going to Manila if you are a solo traveller. The room is very comfy so I have a very nice and pleasant stay in this hotel.

A warm welcome at hotel. Lobby has nice ambience. Helpful staff. Room is safe in separate part of building. Nice breakfast- restaurant- bar. Quiet. Went to other location to use pool. It’s near a beautiful cathedral. . Good value. Recommend.

Good stay overall. Good location. Staff was hospitable and attentive to requests. Breakfast could use a little bit of improvement, but still not bad to get you started for the day.

Very clean spacious room with an easy access to city center. Famous cafe and breakfast place nearby and very convenient.

A great place to stay and easy to find the location. Walking distance to SM Lipa. The hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They treated with high respect all the people specially all the hotel guest. Rooms are very clean and space is more than enough for us. I will recommend the hotel and I will not think twice to stay there again with my family.

It was a great stay! Friendly staff. Food is great especially the rice bowls! However, some of their food specifically the mushroom and chicken pasta is a bit pricey for its serving. Marami na ako natry na pasta pero ang onti and di masyadong malasa but our overall stay was good. Nagenjoy ako kasi pumunta lang kami Batangas para sa Lomi. Haha!!

Needs improvement in reception area. They are not welcoming enough and accommodating specially to guests who will check out.
