Hotel Villa Enrica - Aeolian Charme

A very nice and clean hotel, with a fine breakfast, a beautiful pool with a marvelous view on the harbour. You are really welcomed as their guests. Good advices on where to eat and where to go. Excellent taxi services as well. Definitely a place to recommend and to come back to.

It's a very convenient hotel as it's outside the center but not too far (15 minutes walk) The view is great from the hotel and it's quiet. The breakfast is marvellous but the most important thing i'll not forget is the kindness and helpfullness of Ben and Michela who really took care of our problems (late arrival of luggage) and were always giving great advice. We felt much more considered as relatives than as customers. Definitely, we'll come back to you if we're back in Lipari. Thanks again and take care

Arrived for a restful two day break to find the hotel had organised an 18th birthday party that evening right infront of our room. The party planners had also taken over the pool area late afternoon and it was impossible to relax as they shifted furniture and barked instructions to each other. We asked to be moved but when nothing happened packed up and asked reception to order us a taxi so we could move elsewhere. Took a while. They charged us over £200 for the pleasure of not staying there and as an after thought offered us a room at their sister hotel which we refused due to dodgy reviews. Our break which included moped hire was ruined and we felt cheated, ripped off and really annoyed The welcome was pretty poor too. Dumped us at our below average room and couldn’t get away quick enough. Give them a wide berth. The place is outside of the centre and the shuttle bus will only take you down the hill if you go to the hotels designated restaurants. Owner refused to return our cash but the experience was so poor we took the hit. Won’t be returning.

Fantastic hotel and the views are to die for. Staff all really helpful and couldn't fault them. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Infinity pool well worth talking the time to try out. Room was lovely and really big bed and only gripe was the shower which was snall

Lipari is a most enchanting island with plenty to do. The Villa Enrica is a lovely hotel, well located and a five Star staff!!! Ben and Katarina at the front desk attended to our every need. It was difficult to leave.

Un posto incantevole, vista mozzafiato, camere splendide,colazione veramente abbondante con ampia scelta di cibo sia dolce che salato. Personale cortese e molto disponibile. Lo consiglierei a tutti coloro che desiderano un soggiorno in totale relax
