We loved this boutique hotel! Perfect location! Staff is wonderful and served room service every morning an added bonus! We will be back for sure!! Thank you all!! Beautiful balcony of the Main Street from our room! Beautiful rooftop terrace to enjoy breakfast or glass of wine!!

We had a great time in Lisboa as we stayed here for four nights. The stuff is really friendly and helpful, they offer a lovely breakfast at the little roof terrace and the location near the Metro Station Rossio is perfect to reach every sight of the city by metro, bus or by foot. Nothing to complain about!

We loved this guesthouse. Perfectly located on the pedestrian street - though the street noise may put some folks off - we like to keep the windows open at night. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is an elevator, though on the compact size. Lisbon is fun and this accommodation is close to everything. Not to mention friendly staff. Loved breakfast on the rooftop.

The location couldn’t be better. Loved having an elevator, safe, comfy king bed and a good sized room and bathroom. Breakfast was adequate and adapted to our needs. On the down side the bathroom needs renovation. The shower door is not closing properly so water leaks out. As a result of this there is a buildup of mildew. Also with a steady slow drip is the sprayer for the hose for the toilet. The wand in the shower doesn’t work. The shower pan gets slippery when washing with soap. Would we stay here again? Probably. There are a lot of pluses.

Do not book directly with the hotel! I was told a rate by a receptionist, she was pretty sure that the manager would accept the rate, told me to send details for the reservation. Calls me later saying that after all manager didn't accept the rate. But she was the one fixating the price, had to assume the compromise.

Good location and friendly staff, however not all rooms are like those present on their website. There are 3 rooms per floor; rooms 103, 203, 303 and so on all face inwards onto a small 'vent'. This contains numerous air conditioning units meaning there is next to no natural light and the unit noise and smell means you cannot open the windows. We opened the bathroom window slightly when showering but the smell of cooking food permeated into our clothes etc. We reported a broken toilet seat twice and nothing was done about it and the bathroom door didn't shut properly making things awkward. I understand all rooms are charged the same whereas perhaps they should offer the choice of a slightly cheaper room for the 3 rooms. I wouldn't stay there again unless I could guarantee an outer room.

Our stay here was lovely. The hotel is almost hidden and quiet, yet it is on one of the main busy pedestrian shopping streets. Easy walk to everywhere. The breakfast is beautifully presented and we recommend taking it on the roof terrace or in the 'library'. The rooms were clean and the bed large and comfortable (room 502). But the best thing by far was the staff! Everyone was smiling, welcoming and friendly. From the gentleman who checked us in, to the ladies serving breafast and everyone we saw on reception. Would 100% recommend it as a place to explore for a short city break. Thank you

Really a pleasant stay! We spent 3 nights at Augusta and we really enjoyed the super central location and the comfortable room. Breakfast was served in a beautiful terrace, with a nice view on the city, but was not really abundant (also because of the limited spaces). Personnel was nice and friendly. Recommended!

The location is right up the Main Street in the heart of the core sightseeing area, a quick walk to many major sightseeing attractions. The room was clean and a perfect size (bigger than many in Europe!) and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely. We had to catch an early train and the staff packed a lunch for us and left it on our door last night as well. Would definitely recommend this to those looking to be central!
