My friends and I took over all nine rooms of the Felix 10 Hotel in May of 2025 to celebrate a special anniversary. All of the rooms were spacious, stylish, clean and had everything one needed for an enjoyable stay. Felix 10 team accommodated our early arrivals by getting their rooms ready first - one of many thoughtful gestures during our stay. The breakfast in the hotel courtyard was a great way to start each day - with fresh fruit, a bread basket, cheese and eggs made to order. Luis and his team took great care of us during our stay - responding to every request and going above and beyond to make our experience memorable. One of many examples is that we asked if there was a way to get a guitar to enjoy some singing in the evening on the hotel’s beautiful rooftop, and Luis borrowed one from his musician friends within a few hours. Every single guest loved the hotel and are looking forward to coming back again.

We stayed at The Felix 10 for one night in April and couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and helpful. The rooms are beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended! I will definitely be coming back on my next visit.

this boutique hotel was a dream. The owners are so accommodating, and they really catered my stay. I was here during the power outage and the took amazing care of us, they made lunch and dinner, lit candles everywhere and tried to do whatever they could for us. I felt incredibly lucky to be staying here during this time. I highly recommend. My room was also beautiful and really clean.

It's a small house in the centre of Lisboa with excellent comfort and service. A beautiful lounge, a fitness room and a cosy roof-top are also available. The breakfeast was delicious with cheese, ham, fish, fresh fruit, eggs, rolls and croissants. It's really great value for your money.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a place with personality. The styling has a lot of character, with unique details that make it stand out. It feels thoughtfully put together rather than just another polished, generic place. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and luxurious. The real highlight, though, was the owners. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help and have a nice chat. They even surprised me with a little cake for my birthday! You can tell they’ve put effort into making sure guests have a great stay.

We LOVED this hotel. Our other rental cancelled on us as we arrived from the states and Luis welcomed us late one night. He was so kind and this amazing hotel was such a highlight of our trip. The rooftop was beautiful at night. He literally thought of every detail. We hope to return again one day!

We are a family of four and stayed in the Indigo Room. We enjoyed our stay! The property is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has a lovely rooftop terrace. It was spacious and comfortable and I would highly recommend it! The staff were very helpful as well.

This place was absolutely fine for one night and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed (such as adding a desk to my room as I needed to work). Room was ready 2 hours before check in which was helpful. I’m not sure about all rooms, but my room was very dark with not much natural light, would have been quite depressing staying more than a night! It was perfect for me location wise as was visiting a friend in Lapa. Bed was very comfortable,
